Chris Noth Declares Support And Love For Wife Tara Wilson's Project

Embattled actor Chris Noth recently gave his wife Tara Wilson a shoutout in support of her new project. Noth and Wilson share two sons, Keats and Orion. 

According to the DailyMail, the couple met at Cutting Room, a bar co-owned by Noth, and since then, the rest was history. With the Noth recently facing sexual assault accusations, their relationship seemed uncertain and shaky. But from the look of things, the pair might still be going pretty strong.

In the wake of the public assault scandals, the actor has gone on to show public support for his wife, who recently released a play, "B.R.O.K.E.N code B.I.R.D switching." He took to his Instagram to show his love and support for his wife by praising her newly released play.

He posed for a picture with their 14-year-old son, Orion, and the poster for the project situated at Berkshire Theatre Group's Unicorn Theatre in Stockbridge, Mass.

"Orion and I are so proud of Tara's new play opening this Saturday in Stockbridge at @berkshiretheatregroup! Closes July 9th - come see this beautiful production!!! #berkshiretheatregroup," he captioned.

He also shared about the play in a post on his Instagram story, gushing about his pride in his wife.

"The family is over the moon w/Tara's premiere of her new play at @berkshiretheatregroup."

The movie explores "a woman representing a black teenager accused of murder is forced to face truths about marriage, race and the choices she has made and the unspoken lies she told herself to conform."

On December 16, 2022, The Hollywood Reporter disclosed that two women had accused the actor of sexual assault.

One of the assault claims allegedly occurred in 2004. It was so visceral and violent that it made the woman bleed. The other victim claimed that she was violated by the star in 2015.

A third woman, with the pseudonym Ava, shared with The Daily Beast that Noth had forced himself on her when she worked as a waitress in a midtown restaurant in 2010 at 18.

Noth initially downplayed all the claims, telling Us, through his rep, that it was all untrue.

"The alleged accounts read like a piece of bad fiction. Chris has no knowledge of who this individual is and, as stated yesterday, has and would never cross that line."

Actress Zoë-Liter also disclosed that she had witnessed appropriate behavior from the actress when she worked in a restaurant in her 20s and when they worked together at "Law And Order: Criminal Intent" seventeen years ago.

Owing to all this, the actor was fired from "The Equalizer." He was also dropped from several endorsement deals and, even worse, his talent agency, A3 Artists. 

Although the fall of his career has been tough on Noth, the incident also took a toll on his wife.

The actress was spotted crying in the car without her wedding band earlier this year. Wilson donned dark tones and sunglasses with a mask and was seen conversing with someone on the phone.

Although she was yet to make a statement, a friend shared with US Sun that she hadn't known beforehand that her husband wasn't loyal.

"He may be non-monogamous. We have established that his wife didn't know," the source dished. "Even if Chris did not do what these women said he did, he still had some kind of sexual encounter with them and cheated on Tara. That is hard to come to terms with."

They continued, "She is in LA and is very upset. She's not doing well. They planned to spend Christmas together, but that is now unknown."

After the allegations went public, Page Six shared that their marriage was hanging by a thread, and in the midst of all this, all Wilson wanted was to protect the kids.

"Tara is upset, and things are hanging by a thread," an insider told us. "She wants to protect the kids [Orion, 14, and Keats, 18 months]. That is her number one priority."

Another insider close to the actor shared his drinking problem. "Chris honestly feels like his life is over. I think that drinking has played a big role in his problems. Everything is taking a toll. His friends would like him to get some help."
