Kate Beckinsale On Jamie Foxx Dating Rumors; 'If That’s True I’ve Got A Hell Of A Problem'

Kate Beckinsale and Jamie Foxx would make an amazing power couple. However, the "Underworld" star is setting the record straight.

Rumors that the two were romanticly interested in each other began to swirl after the duo were seen getting cozy at the Golden Globes Ambassadors Party at the popular Hollywood restaurant, Catch on Thursday. Foxx and Beckinsale posed for pictures at the event and Jamie had his hand clenched around the small of Kate's back.

Jamie looked dapper in a black shirt and pants paired with a burgundy jacket while Kate stunned and a beautiful dress with mid-section cutouts.

Foxx and Beckinsale are both reportedly on the market. Jamie broke up with Katie Holmes months ago after a very secretive relationship that lasted for several years and Beckinsale just finalized her divorce from her former husband, Len Wiseman, two months ago.

After a full day of fan speculation about the possible romance between them, Beckinsale decided that the rumors have gone on long enough. She clarified the situation by sharing a few photos of herself in similar poses with Foxx, actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbajeother, and other celebrities.

"Lads night at #hfpa party with @therealadewale @iamjamiefoxx and @jsauluck. I would like to point out that standing next to someone does not mean I am dating them. Currently in line at the dry cleaners and if that’s true I’ve got a hell of a problem," Kate wrote in the caption of her post.

Fans had a good time in the comments of her post and joked back and forth with the star.

"Dry cleaning guy not classy enough?" a fan question Beckinsale before she quickly replied, "12 ppl right here."

Several fans complimented the actress on her personality and her dress.

"How can someone be so witty and pretty? At the same time!" one impressed fan commented while another wrote, "Lovely outfit at the party, I must say ???."

Other followers were clamoring at the chance to be near the action star.

"Will you stand next to me," an excited follower said and another asked, "Will you stand next to me in line at Baskin Robbins ?"

Kate and her ex split in 2015, despite just officially ending things recently. They were together for 11 years after being married in 2004. Beckinsale has been linked to a few eligible bachelors over the last few years, most notably Pete Davidson.

Pete and Kate got together shortly after things fizzled out with Ariana Grande and their relationship was pretty serious for a short amount of time. Beckinsale introduced Davidson to her parents when they went on a double date to the swanky sushi restaurant, Nobu in Malibu.

But Kate is back in the dating pool and she often shows off the goods on her Instagram feed but she often features her abstract relationship with her cat.

Foxx seems to be at all the Hollywood hot-spots and all the happening parties since his splint from Holmes. He has been seen hanging out with fellow comedian, Natalie Friedman several times and they appear developed a close relationship.

If the past can tell us anything it is that Jamie likes to keep his romances on the down-low and will even walk out on interviews if he is asked about the women in his life. Foxx is incredibly talented, good looking, and rich so might as well keep the good times rolling.
