Rapper 50 Cent is being trashed by his “Power” co-star Naturi Naughton for making fun of her on social media.
50 Cent reposted a side by side of Naturi next to Goro from Mortal Kombat. He wrote, “who the f—k did this, POWER is #1.” He was making fun of Naturi’s appearance and it wasn’t the first time he’s done it.
The post was not received kindly and the rapper quickly deactivated his Instagram. His account is still down currently.
Naturi did not take kindly to the post and wrote, “?There’s so much I wanna say but... You don’t even have an Instagram account so... ??♀ why waste my characters or come out of my CHARACTER! But do pick up a copy of my upcoming book: #whatNOTtoDoWhenYoureABoss ??♀

50’s tweet came after he already apologized to Naturi for making the same joke days prior. He originally apologized for the post. His costar told Page Six she forgave him for the first tweet.
She said, “‘He knew that what he did was shady and he apologized for it. He realized it was not the nicest thing to do. I accepted his apology, I’ve moved on. ‘He’s an EP on [Power], I am a star on the show, I cannot be worried about something like this. He believes in the work I do on Power, so it was only a matter of making sure that that comes across. I think that he gets it, we are cool. I will see him at work within the next couple of days. I do not hold grudges, it’s water under the bridge."
Fans quickly came to support Naturi following the recent post. One wrote, “I’m sorry you have to go through this ??♀ Joke or not, once you know someone is offended by something, you shouldn’t keep going.”
Another said, “50 been doing things like this to his own close friends. Don’t think it’s personal he’s joking.”
One commented, “Wow isn’t that some BS!! He’s always clowning on black woman & he’s got a child with a BLACK WOMEN.??♂ I’ve always been a fan of your work & you’ve never let me down!!??”
“What NOT to do when you're a boss! ?? I love you BEAUTIFUL! ❤️” said one fan.
Someone even argued, “Did you really expect respect and friendship from a man who has made it clear he doesn’t like dark skinned black women?? You are beautiful ignore him and just get your checks! Stop thinking black men have your back.”
Another wrote, “I don’t think he was trying to hurt your feelings. He didn’t create that meme. He isn’t the only one who came across it. It seems that he asking who did. I would’ve honestly expected you to call him and not entertain this with social media. You aren’t the first woman who this was done to. Just recently Jess Hilarious had a meme about her going viral. I honestly didn’t think that the pic was real. I thought that it was an altered pic of you and paid it no mind. You are beautiful and talented so this shouldn’t ruffle your feathers at all.”
50 Cent is no stranger to social media beef and has been involved in a few recently with Kanye West and singer Tank.
