Fitness trainer Sydney Cummings finally welcomed her first child with her husband Dustin Houdyshell.
While she was pregnant, Sydney posted over 200 free workouts on her YouTube page while she was pregnant. The Royal Change founder is committed to providing the world with free, high-quality fitness, but it looks like she's going to take some well-deserved R&R as she spends some quality time bonding with her husband and their first child.
Sydney Cummings Finally Reveals The Name Of Her Son
Sydney has been teasing the name of her son on Instagram over the past few months. She told her fans that they wanted to name their son something that began with an A.
Fans threw out names like Adam, Arthur, and many more, but no one guessed that they were going to name their baby boy Ari. Their new bundle of joy has officially been named Ari Drew Houdyshell.
Sydney told her followers that he is 6 lbs and 3 oz and 20 inches long. Although she had told her followers in the month leading up to Ari's birth that she was due on Wednesday, June 22, she did actually deliver exactly on her due date, at 6:07 AM!
The couple has been spending some quality time together since the baby was born, but waited until Thursday night to let their followers know that they had welcomed their new bundle of joy. Many fans had already suspected that this was the case, given how quiet the two have been on social media.
Fans Are Eager To Welcome Ari Drew Houdyshell To The Sydney Squad
Many fans took to social media to congratulate the happy couple on the birth of their first child. The two posted a few snaps of their child dressed up in a shirt with his name on it.
It looks like Sydney and Dustin are both practicing skin-to-skin bonding, as even a shirtless Dustin was photographed holding his firstborn son to his chest so he can feel his heartbeat.
Sydney looked like she was positively glowing in the photographs that she posted on her Instagram page. She beamed for the camera as she held her new baby to her chest and gave her followers a good look at her son.
Many fans of Sydney Cummings are eager to watch Ari grow up alongside her and see if he inherits his mother's love for fitness. Sydney has been posting free workout videos for several years now and reached over a million subscribers on her YouTube page during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, when gyms were closed.
Some may say she was building a feast for the famine, as her followers have plenty of workouts to follow while she's on pregnancy rest. She has uploaded hundreds, if not thousands, of workouts on her page that range from ten minutes to one hour long. Although she focuses on strength training, there are plenty of bodyweight and cardio workouts on her channel too.
There are also plenty of targeted workouts for followers to choose from whether they want to work their arms, legs, abs, back or any combination of exercises.
"Congratulations!!!" one fan commented. "You’re such an inspiration to other women showing them they can still be healthy mentally & physically through pregnancy! I wasn’t as fortunate to have a healthy pregnancy but still amazes me so much that you kept going the whole time!! 👏🏻💙"
"CONGRATULATIONS!!!" wrote another. "All of my kids came running to see the pictures because they’ve watched us work out together for months, and were super invested😂💙"
Sydney's supporters can't wait for any updates she's willing to share!
