Denise Richards Joins OnlyFans, Follows In Daughter Sami's Footsteps

Actress Denise Richards has announced that she has joined the popular adult content platform, OnlyFans. Her announcement came just a week after her daughter, Sami Sheen, launched her profile on the platform, quickly becoming popular and gaining followers.

Many of Richards' fans saw her profile launching as a snarky reply to her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, who recently criticized her publicly for allowing their daughter to join OnlyFans.

On June 23rd, Richards revealed that she had joined OnlyFans through a video post on her Instagram. She posted a video of herself wearing a white dress while walking barefoot on the beach, and the straps of her dress had fallen low on her shoulders, teasing at her cleavage. 

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star captioned the video, "Ready…here we go. #onlyfans. Link in bio." The link takes her 1.4 million followers directly to her profile on OnlyFans, which has the option to view her content for $25 a month or at a discounted rate of $67.50 for three months.

Richards' launch of her profile comes just over a week after her daughter, Sami, launched her own profile on the platform, which is popular for being an adult site where content creators share nude and partially nude photos and videos with subscribers.

In March, Sami turned 18 years old and had already dropped out of high school. She launched her profile on June 13th and announced it through a photo of her smiling at the camera while wearing a black bikini in a hot tub. A subscription to her profile costs $20, which is slightly cheaper than her mom's.

She recently dropped a teaser for her profile on her Instagram story. She posted a photo of herself in a white bralette and sporting bright red lips, posted a link to her OnlyFans profile, and captioned it, "click the link just posted on OF."

When Sami announced the launch of her OnlyFans, her father, actor Charlie Sheen immediately voiced his concerns and disagreement with the decision. During an interview with Page Six, he blamed Richards for the account and said, "She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof."

The former "Two and a Half Men" star later acknowledged that he could not control Sami but only guide and protect her. He said, "I do not condone this, but since I'm unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity."

On the other hand, Richards has been very vocal about how much she supports her daughter. She also spoke to Page Six and said, "Sami is 18, and this decision wasn't based on whose house she lives in. All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices."

Days after showing support for her daughter's OnlyFans, Richards got blasted by fans over her parenting. She didn't take the criticism lightly and slammed her fans for sending her negative comments.

According to Richards, she has just recently discovered OnlyFans and saw no harm in it. She said, "lots of negative comments on my social this past week. I have to say, I wish i had the confidence my 18 year old daughter has, and I also can't be judgemental of her choices."

Richards referred to her own wild youth and that of her ex-husband, Sheen. She especially referenced her days as a playmate at Playboy.

The star praised her daughter for her ability to tune out the noise and ignore all the negativity.

With the daughter and mother both joining the platform, is Sheen himself possibly next in line? He also showed support for his daughter right after initially condemning her action.
