David Dobrik Sued For $10 Million, Unfazed While Partying With Dua Lipa In France!

David Dobrik has been SERVED a hefty lawsuit.

The YouTuber’s former friend Jeff Wittek is suing the content creator for millions.

Fans of Dobrik or Wittek will recall a prank that went very, very wrong and left Wittek with a fractured skull among multiple other injuries.

In a new report from TMZ, Wittek is seeking $10 million in damages to cover the cost of lost wages, earning capacity, and hospital bills he accrued following the accident.

He’s suing for general negligence and intentional tort.

Wittek states he traveled to Utah Lake in Provo, Utah in the summer of 2020 with Dobrik and a group of friends to shoot video as part of his "social media comeback."

The “Vlog Squad” took an excavator out into a lake that had shallow patches of water and a rocky bottom. Dobrik had his “friends” individually tied to the crane and swung them around while they held onto a rope.

He decided it would be cool and better for views to speed up the crane while Wittek was attached and nearly killed him.

While Wittek was being swung around Dobrik abruptly stopped the excavator. Wittek collided with the crane which resulted massive injures.

He broke his foot and hip, tore a ligament in his leg and shattered his skull in 9 places. Wittek says he almost lost his eye.

The content creator had to undergo nine surgeries to get his eye back to some sort of normalcy.

Dobrik is currently in Cannes, France and has been living his absolute best life.

He started out his trip in Italy with a handful of his closest friends and Vlog Squad members.

On Tuesday evening he attended the Dua Lipa x Spotify event and had a front row seat to her performance.

It’s been nothing but partying, eating and expensive hotel rooms on repeat for Dobrik.

In February, a mostly healed Wittek spoke out about his friendship with Dobrik.

In an Instagram Live recorded and reposted by social media account @DefNoodles, Wittek was asked if he had heard from Dobrik after a recent surgical procedure done to his left eye.

He responded, “Nope. Nope. Not a text or nothing. Not surprised, you know. It is what it is… I’m done being fake friends with that motherf**ker.”

Wittek’s live stream comes just a few days after he unfollowed Dobrik on social media.

2020 and 2021 were doozy years for Dobrik.

He faced a lot of backlash from fans over a 2018 YouTube video which featured ex-“Vlog Squad” member, Durte Dom, taking a female into a bedroom with the intention of having sex.

The woman, known as Hannah, accused Dom of raping her because she was too incapacitated to give consent.

Dobrik lost multiple brand deals and was “canceled.”

Last November, he was compared to being like Chris Brown for hitting his assistant Natalie Mariduena.
