Jenelle Evans is not taking any chances after getting a restraining order against her estranged husband, she is taking extreme measures to stay away from him.

According to multiple reports, Jenelle Evans has changed her cell phone number as a precaution to not allow contact with her ex-husband David Eason.

"Jenelle has changed her number and David doesn’t have it," a source told Us Weekly.

The 'Teen Mom ' star has not only changed her phone number, she has also moved out of the state where the couple lived. Evans says he currently lives in Tennessee.

The break-up was in the works for some time after Eason was accused of shooting and killing Jenelle's dog Nugget.

At the time, David claims the dog bit the couple's 2-year-old daughter Ensley in the face.

The couple temporarily lost custody of their children in the aftermath of the scandal, and MTV fired them from starring in the latest 'Teen Mom 2' season.

Earlier in the week, the 'Teen Mom' star Jenelle obtained a restraining order against her David Eason after she claims he was verbally and physically abusive.

According to legal documents filed by Evans, she claims David's threatening behavior has "escalated" recently, saying "Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children's well-being."

The 'Teen Mom' star detailed in the filing over 10 different incidents of alleged abuse in the past few years.

Jenelle claims she recorded David threatening her after the couple argued with so Kaiser locked inside of a car. "While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser," Jenelle said.

In the tape, she says David can be heard saying "You can die for all I care. You're a piece of s. Biggest piece of s I've ever seen."

Jenelle obtained a restraining order, allowing her to keep the children away from Eason, also ordered him to make no contact with the reality star.

She claimed in her request after David accused her of cheating, he allegedly sent her a picture of a guy and wrote, "This is your new boyfriend. I'm going to break his neck and feed you his head. My goal in life is to make sure you regret leaving me like this."

Janelle said in the filing, "given his actions, and knowing his temperament, I believe he was implying that he would kill himself if I do not come back to him. For all of these reasons, I'm afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls, or on the internet."

Jenelle shared the news on social media, last week, saying she ended things with David.

"I've mostly kept off social media the past few days because I've been focused on making some big life decisions. I've life muy life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn't been pretty. But it's been my life," she posted on Instagram.

She continued, "Like anyone else I want what's best for my kids and I want to be happy. With time away from Teen Mom I've started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I'm starting that now."
