Singer Billie Eilish has grown by leaps and bounds. Since The 20-year-old rose to the limelight with her debut song, "Ocean Eyes," the singer has constantly garnered awards from various ceremonies and shows.
Even recently, she headlined Coachella, making her the youngest person ever to headline the famous music festival.
While that is no mean feat, the "Bad Guy" crooner has risen to the occasion, taken up the task, and kills it on the stage whenever she gets the chance.
However, she recently shared that she used a decoy on stage for her recent Coachella headlining event. Read on to learn more about what she had to say.
'Nobody Knew It Wasn't Me'
In her appearance at "The Matt Wilkinson" show ahead of her Glastonbury appearance, Eilish shared that for this year's Coachella, she used one of her backup dancers as a decoy.
"At Coachella, I did it because, at the beginning of Coachella, I had a body double; one of my dancers was one of my dancers for the show. I dressed her up in a show look that I had worn before. We got a black wig, put buns in it, gave her a mask and sunglasses, and wore my shoes and my socks."
She continued, "I put her up at the back of the stage and stood there while the lights went on, and everybody thought it was me. And nobody ever knew it wasn't me, literally nobody knew. And while she's up there, I put on a big black coat, a traffic vest, a hood, and just glasses."

Eilish, however, didn't share if she planned to utilize the same strategy at Glastonbury this weekend. However, she shared that she was thrilled to be allowed to headline the Glastonbury festival, along with Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar. At age 20, Eilish is the youngest Glastonbury headliner and is only glad that there will be more opportunities for women to headline music festivals in the coming years.
"It's a serious once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be asked to go and do," Eilish admitted. "And I constantly feel like I'm undeserving of everything, and I think that's a good thing. I would say that that's a good thing for the most part."

Eilish surprised fans at her concert in Manchester on June 7 with her new and unreleased music. While her flight was delayed, she discovered the songs and thought it was a good idea to incorporate them into her performance.
"I was listening to songs that I have written and never did anything with like all in my phone and my voice memos and stuff. I found a couple of songs and was thinking about these songs we have written. And I was like, 'Wow, I love these songs,'" Eilish explained. "I just had this idea of, 'What if we just did them live?' Finneas and I haven't done an unreleased, unrecorded song live since … ["When The Party's Over"] — This is a moment in time."
She also shared the challenges of being unable to release songs on a whim.
"We write music, and I want it to come out without having to prepare and make a whole like doing months and months of promo for something. I want to be able to put music out like I used to. I think the bigger you get, the harder that seems," she added. "So I was like, 'I want to be able to go back to my roots and be the songwriter that I am and that Finneas is and sing the song that we just wrote and put it out whenever it's done.
