Famous Nickelodeon alum Miranda Cosgrove recently shed some light on her plans after turning 30 and her current single status. The actress just concluded the second season of her popular show's reboot, "iCarly."

Besides reprising her role as the lead character in the series, Cosgrove also handles the post of an executive producer. According to the actress, the new job title came with some extra work behind the scenes, which she found fun and rewarding.

The 29-year-old appeared in a recent interview and shed some light on how she planned to commemorate her 30th birthday and her plans for the decade. Cosgrove also revealed that she was single and attended a close friend's wedding alone.

Miranda Cosgrove Was Amazed By 'iCarly' Revival Turnout

Cosgrove graced the UK's launch of Paramount+, which took place in London on June 22. While talking to Extra's Katie Krause on the red carpet, the Disney star revealed that she came to London with her mother; however, she was currently attending the event alone.

The actress also shed some light on her new show, the reboot of the famous "iCarly." When asked about how she felt concerning the show's reception, the 29-year-old admitted that she was surprised and amazed by the turnout and the number of people who had stood by the show all these years.

Cosgrove said, "It feels great, you know. It's an amazing feeling that all the people that grew up watching the show have stuck with it all these years later." The actress also admitted that the revival had a nostalgic feeling for her. "I hope that it also brings something new to the table, and that makes people laugh," she added.

Cosgrove On Turning 30

While turning 30 marks the beginning of the end of their youth for some people, Cosgrove certainly doesn't feel the same. During her conversation with Krause, the "Drake & Josh" star revealed that she had several things to check off her bucket list this new decade.

Cosgrove talked about possibly throwing a party to commemorate the day. "It's wild," she said. "I can't believe it's coming so soon, you know. I definitely want to have a party. I haven't had a party since my 16th, so I think I'm going to go for it for my 30th.

When Cosgrove got asked what she had planned for the next decade, the "Despicable Me" actress revealed that she was excited and couldn't wait for the experiences to come. "I want to have as much fun as possible, travel more," Cosgrove said, then sited London among her ticked list of travel destinations.

Cosgrove Is Still Single

Further on in their conversation, Cosgrove revealed that she was a maid of honor at her old friend's wedding, which was very nerve-wracking for her. The actress admitted that she wasn't the biggest fan of public speaking, and it was her first time taking up the role of a maid of honor.

She said, "I had to give a speech, which scared me more than anything had ever scared me in my entire life… I think it went pretty well, but it was nerve-wracking." Cosgrove described the bride of the day as her "oldest childhood friend" who lived beside her while they were still children.

When asked if she had any special person in her life, the former child star admitted that she went to the wedding without a date and didn't find any romantic prospects at the wedding; however, she still had "a lot of fun." "I danced a lot!" she said.

Miranda Cosgrove Is An Executive Producer On New' iCarly'

Cosgrove spoke to Entertainment Tonight during the Paramount+ launch in the UK and shed some light on her experiences as not just an actress on the "iCarly" reboot but as an executive producer. According to the actress, her experience behind the scenes felt "rewarding" and fun.

The 29-year-old explained, "It's really fun because I get to be an executive producer on the show this time around, so the experience has been really different from when I was thirteen, and I did the show, and I was just trying to remember the lines and do as good of a job that I could," she said.

"But now," Cosgrove continued. "I get to do so many things behind the scenes, and that's been one of the most rewarding parts of getting to come back, just like learning new skillsets and kind of building my confidence in that way."
