In a recent Instagram post, the Zentoa founder posted a crushing ab workout for her fans right beside the pool while wearing a lime green bikini!

On Sunday, Senada posted a series of workouts for her Instagram followers to try at home. Although she performs all of the exercises with dumbbells, she recommends that beginners try to do the exercises without them.
The first exercise that she does is hollow bodies, keeping her feet extended while she crunches her core with dumbbells in each hand. She recommends doing three sets of twelve.
The second exercise is doing a lateral hold with flutter kicks. She also recommends doing three sets of twelve for this exercise as well. For the third exercise, side reaches, she recommends doing three sets of eight.
For the last exercise, an overhead reverse crunch, she recommends that followers do three sets of twelve. One follower commented, “I did this without weights and it kicked my a–.”

A few days ago, she showed off her powerful, toned legs in an Instagram workout video to tone both the glutes and legs. “Glutes + Legs – Make Monday yours!!! Own it!” she wrote in the caption. “And make sure to save and get after this one.”
She also answered a question of when and why she started working out from a follower. Senada revealed that her body is the result of over five years of consistent work and following both a rigorous workout routine and meal plans.
Although her Crush It app has only been around for a year, she said that she’s been perfecting her methods for years to help her followers build muscle in a “succinct, effective manner.”
“While the Crush It App is still a baby and the shine and glitter will only GROW, the bread and butter, the essence of it, the workouts and the meal plans and all the bonus features are what will get the RESULTS!” she wrote. “What will help you achieve YOUR GOALS.”
She also praised her community, which is known as the Crush It Crew, for keeping her inspirated and motivated. She wrote, “So much love, support and inspiration in our private group! No cattiness, no bs! Just pure love! I would have never, in my wildest dream, imagined such an amazing group of people, from all around the world, of all ages, from their 20s to their 70s have come together to achieve their goals with love for themselves and each other.”
In the workout, she revealed that she does 8-12 reps for four sets. Of overloaded single leg eccentric with a split stance concentric squat; toe elevated RDLs, heels elevated goblet squats, straddle sumo squats, hammie curl ins, and feet angled hip thrusts.
