'Temptation Island' Teases Fallout from David's Threesome With Payton & Sam

The proverbial Walk of Shame is a lot more difficult to pull off when everyone is on the same island. In the latest sneak peek at the next episode of "Temptation Island," fans are treated to the fallout the morning after David's wild night of fun with Payton and Samantha. In last week's episode, a party thrown by the cast spiraled out of control when David and Samantha ended up naked in the shower together ... and were soon joined by Payton. The episode ended with nighttime surveillance footage of the three rolling around in bed.

Clearly David realizes he screwed up big time, and the preview for this week's episode kicks off with the reality star admitting "It's going to mess her up for the rest of her life," seemingly referencing his girlfriend, Kate. He's seen weeping during a confessional and saying, "It's all my fault." The reaction is a bit different than his social media posts immediately following the episode when he claimed that the scenes were taken out of context.

"I did not have sex with Peyton or Sam that night, he wrote in a long list of explanations. I did not do anything more with Peyton that night than kiss her. I did not kiss or hookup with Sam that night."

However, he did admit that he let Kate down with his actions, and he's the only one to blame.

"None of these statements condone what I did do that night - which is go against everything I told Kate I wanted to go to TI to do. Its really hard to see this play out months later and see the pain Kate went through. I take full responsibility and regret it all and hope you will get to see that in future episodes."

Even though David is having a tough time after his tryst, the episode was filled with a ton of great moments that will send shockwaves through "Temptation Island." From Casey asking Rachel on a date right in Payton's face ... to Gavin freaking out on a parasailing date with Medinah, the episode was full of drama.

Ashley G is also probably still feeling the burn from KB when he promptly put her in the friendzone, and Medinah got some freaky toe-action during a crazy hot tub session.

The next episode of "Temptation Island" is only one day away, and fans are already unloading after seeing David cry about hooking up with two hot chicks.

"You can't f--k 2 girls and cry because you remember you are in a relationship. Get the f--k outta here David," one person wrote on Twitter.

Fans are also coming for Ashley G after she threw herself at KB:

"It was funny in the beginning.. but now this is just getting ridiculous.. can u touch his d--k?? Really Ashley... smh u saying dumb s--t like that and then it’s gonna pan to u doing an ugly cry when u see rick living his best life... u started this," a fan warned.

Another person just had to make the point, "I’m just going to say it....David is not that cute and I just don’t get it."
