The Royal family recently wrapped up their investigation on Meghan Markle and the allegations of maltreatment; however, they will not be releasing the results. After the Duke and Duchess of Sussex left their official posts, some former employees accused Markle of maltreatment.

The Royal family, headed by the Queen, reportedly launched and funded an investigation to probe into claims that the actress had harassed her staff. Months after the investigation launched, the Royal family has reportedly made some changes to their policies regarding their staff but has no plans to release the results of the probe.

Fans of the couple are currently trending #RoyalFamilyLied and accusing the Royal family of smearing Markle's name with the allegations but were unable to release the conclusion of the investigation.

The Royal Family Changed Their 'Policies And Procedures'

Markle was previously accused of bullying her Kensington palace staff while she worked as a Royal. The claims were investigated and have reportedly incited subtle changes to the monarchy's "policies and procedures," which affect the staff. However, it is uncertain precisely what changes were made.

Over the weekend,  of London released a major story that claimed that the alleged bullying report's findings would not be released despite its conclusion. The news publication wrote that sources with direct knowledge released the information.

The investigation was launched in March and privately funded by the Queen, who used an independent law firm. According to The Times, the possible reason the palace kept the information private was to reduce tensions between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the royal family.

Meghan Markle Was Accused Of Bullying Palace Staff

During their time as working Royals, Markle and Prince Harry reportedly had around 25 staff members working under them, all of which they left behind during their big move in March 2020 to California.

Following their candid interview with Oprah Winfrey after their departure, some of Markle's staff accused the duchess of bullying. A former employee claimed that Markle occasionally used emotional cruelty and manipulation, "which could also be called bullying," on them, while another said that the actress resorted to humiliation.

The mother of two allegedly sent two of her personal assistants out of her household due to her harsh treatment. Some staff also claimed that she occasionally reduced them to tears with her words.

Buckingham Palace revealed that they were concerned about the allegations at the time and would look into them. All current and former staff members involved would be "invited to participate to see if lessons can be learned."

Meghan Markle Denied The Allegations

Markle responded to the allegations, slamming the media for pushing a false narrative and denying every accusation leveled against her. According to the actress, while she had some experience with bullying, it was as the recipient, not the aggressor, as she was accused of doing.

The couple's spokesperson said, "The Duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself." This spokesperson also revealed that the actress was very much committed to helping people who had experienced some form of pain or trauma in their lives.

According to them, she is "determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good."

The accusations were also described as a "calculated smear campaign" by Buckingham Palace to destroy the couple's character. They pointed out the proximity between the Duke and duchess's interview with Oprah Winfrey and when the allegations were leveled.

Harry and Markle's relationship with the Royal family continues to be strained regardless of the investigation results. The couple returned to the UK for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee and brought along their three-year-old son, Archie, and one-year-old daughter, Lilibet.

They reportedly took their daughter to spend some time with the Queen on Friday, June 3, but could not get any photos of the monarch and her granddaughter. According to Radar, an insider said, "Harry and Meghan begged for an official photo of the queen with Lilibet, but when the two finally met, the request was rejected by the palace." This was the monarch and Lilibet's first meeting, and the rejection left Harry understandably furious.

Besides that, the family of four was constantly snubbed by the royal family during the Platinum Jubilee festivities. There were not told about a number of events and were not allowed to join the Queen and the rest of the Royals on the balcony during the first event.gha
