Fitness trainer Sydney Cummings is due, quite literally, any day now.

The YouTube sensation posts free, high-quality strength workouts for both men and women on her YouTube page and isn’t letting pregnancy stop her.

On Monday, Sydney revealed one of the best pregnancy exercises for back pain for pregnant moms… or for anyone, really!

Sydney Cummings Teaches Pregnant Moms How To Relieve Back Pain In One Minute!

On Monday, Sydney shared a quick video to help relieve back pain, especially for pregnant moms.

“One of the most important parts in pregnancy is keeping your body strong and supporting your posture,” she explained. “My favorite back exercise is a superman; however, if you’re not able to lay on your stomach, I want to show you a great modification.”

Instead, she advises that viewers do a bird dog. Viewers should start in a quadruped position, extending the right arm and the left leg. Those who try this at home should make sure their ribs stay stacked with their hips and try to avoid overarching their back. The back muscles should flex as you lift and lower your arms and legs.

Sydney Cummings Has Done Over 200 Workouts While Pregnant!

About a week ago, Sydney and her husband, Dustin Houdyshell, revealed that they were close to their personal goal of 200 pregnant workouts… and she just posted a new workout again on Monday, so she definitely past it! Sydney has been posting 30-minute strength workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and a 20-minute strength workout on Saturday to help her followers squeeze fitness into their busy schedules.

“Dustin and I crushed some more workouts this weekend…3 more workouts to hit my personal goal of 200 pregnant workouts!” she captioned the snap of her and Dustin holding her pregnant belly. “If all goes well I may be able to close out the month of June with new workouts for you which would put me at 203 pregnant workouts!”

“I’ve been taking advantage of the days I feel good and filming our workouts a bit out of order to help me hit this goal,” she added. “I’ve also been focusing on my rest more, my nutrition has been dialed in, and @d_houdyshell has been using the @hyperice hypervolt on me to keep me feeling great! We took about an hour yesterday to get a little sun after filming to just appreciate this phase of life and stay present. 💙So thankful for this man and this little guy 💙”
