'90 Day Fiancé' Star Robert Proposed To Fiancée Anny Within 8 Hours Of Meeting Her

90 Day Fiancé has proven to be the latest super hit for TLC, with couples entering into green card marriages and having to wed within 90 days (obviously) in order to secure citizenship. The short timeframe leads to TONS of drama, and season seven promises to up the ante to insane levels of relationship angst.

One of the couples in season seven is Robert and Anny, who were connected through a mutual friend. After messaging and video chatting for a while on Facebook, Robert took a cruise to meet Anny in her home country of the Dominican Republic. After spending just 8 hours with her, he popped the question. She said yes, and is working on her K1 visa. According to Robert,

"Anny and I only spent 8 hours together, but it was the best 8 hours of my life. Right then and there, I asked her. It was spontaneous."

Robert also has a message for the haters who think they are rushing into things:

"For people who think this is crazy I say, "What the hell, mind your business.' I don't listen to what nobody says, I go with my heart and my mind."

Anny will be moving to Florida to live with Robert and while she doesn't have a job, she will be caring for his son Bryson.
