"Temptation Island" brought out some scary twists and turns for the couples as a night of partying ended with a big bang.

Episode 204 aired on October 31, the night of Halloween, and kicked off with drama after the bonfire showing that Kate and David are on thin ice.

On the way back to the house, Kate breaks down crying and is upset at herself for getting emotional over David.

"He’s not worth my tears that I’m going to shed over him. He’s truly not," she said.

Kate felt so sick post-bonfire that the first thing she did upon returning back to the house was run upstairs and throw up.

She also ripped up the love note David had given her before coming on "Temptation Island."

Episode 4 showcased a few key moments, such as Rick finally building up the courage to ask Medinah on a date.

Right now I’m ready for friendship and support," he told the single star.

Rachel and Casey also set a first date, and Payton was fuming after Casey asked Rachel right in front of her.

She took it super personal and later admitted it was like a slap to the face.

Finally, a legit love triangle is brewing between Ashley H, Ben and.

Deac admitted that it was an "odd dynamics."

Ashley H describes the trio as the "three amigos," but Deac doesn't realize Ben is secretly plotting to keep him in the friendzone while he makes a move on Ashley.

The two are later seen swinging in a hammock, and it seems Ben's plan, much like the hammock, is swiftly in motion.

Ahead of Thursday night's episode, David took to Instagram and warned fans how "difficult" it would be to watch.

"Episode 4 will not be easy to watch for me or anyone I care about - especially and most importantly Kate. I will be going on IG Live after the episode for anyone that is interested in discussing perception vs reality."

Fans of "Temptation Island" who had seen the preview of Thursday's episode weren't buying David's story and sounded off in the comments.

"First of all you don’t love Kate, and probably never did, because you don’t intentionally do things that will hurt the person you “love” I literally don’t even want to watch this episode because of you, just watching the previews makes me cringe for Poor Kate."

Well, we all know what David was worried about now, and boy was it a doozy!

Everyone was in the mood to celebrate, and the men threw a blackout-glowstick party that got way out of control.

David and Samantha ended up getting naked in the shower, and he admitted to her, "I couldn’t wait anymore."

Afterwards, Payton joins in on the romance and all three end up in bed together.

Looks like David is going to have some explaining to do, and Kate is definitely going to need another puke bucket!

"Temptation Island" airs Thursdays at 10 PM on USA.
