Australian rapper The Kid LAROI may still be experiencing some aches and pains after taking quite a fall during a game of basketball.

The rapper, whose awards include two ARIA Music Awards, five Billboard Music Awards, and an iHeartRadio Music Award, was in Australia as part of his End of the World Tour, which included a run of stadium events.

The Kid Laroi, however, seemed unfazed by the incident, as he was subsequently seen performing some of his hit classics at a concert scheduled for that night.

Before his show, which was scheduled for Sunday Night in Melbourne, The Kid Laroi and his team took out time to go around the city visiting places of interest. As per TMZ, the "Without You" crooner then dropped in at the Culture Kings store, which is famous for music, sports, and exclusive streetwear.

Because of his celebrity status, a portion of the store was closed at the time so that he and his staff could go shopping. However, things turned somewhat sour during a game of hoops that was played by Kid Laroi and his companions on the store's indoor court.

After taking such a beating on the court, many fans predicted that Kid Laroi would cancel the event to rest. However, the rapper who had previously postponed his Melbourne event weeks before chose to turn up despite the discomfort as he couldn't bear disappointing his fans again.

The 18-year-old turned up the night, performing some of the famous songs that catapulted him to fame. Kid Laroi also stunned fans with an unexpected visit by The Wiggles during his Melbourne gig, making the night even more spectacular.

The Wiggles' Anthony Field, Jeff Fatt, and Greg Page joined Laroi on stage at the Rod Laver Arena to sing some of their memorable songs, including "Toot Toot," "Chugga Chugga," "Big Red Car," and "Fruit Salad."

Fans flocked to social media following the concert to express their amazement at seeing Kid Laroi and The Wiggles share a stage, with footage of the surprise performance being posted on their timelines.

"The Kid Laroi and The Wiggles were not a duo I expected, but it is in fact everything I ever needed," one fan wrote.

"Just saw the Kid Laroi AND the Wiggles perform together, my life is officially complete," another mentioned.

The rap sensation himself did not appear to be in any distress, as he was seen dancing around vigorously, showing that his earlier complaints of illness, which led to the cancellation of the previous event, as well as his basketball fall, were not enough to keep him from enthralling the crowd that turned up on Sunday night.

'End Of The World' Tour

The rap artist kicked off the Australian leg of his "End of the World" Tour in Sydney on May 26 and will visit more locations following his Melbourne event. The shows will be his first in Australia since he opened for his late mentor and friend, Juice WRLD, back in 2019.

More importantly, the string of shows marks the first time Kid Laroi would be headlining his own tour, having featured only as a supporting guest star in the past.

"I am beyond excited to share this experience with you all," he said in a statement, per Billboard. "It's always been a dream of mine to headline a global tour. I cannot wait to see my fans all around the world and give them something that they won't ever forget. It's been a long time coming."

Kid Laroi's next show comes up at Forum Black Box, Frederiksberg, Denmark. In the following weeks, the rapper will make stops in Netherlands, Germany, Luxemburg, Switzerland, and Belgium, then round up the tour at the Firefly Music Festival in September.
