"Saturday Night Live" star Kenan Thompson legally filed for a divorce from his wife, Christina Evangeline. The couple got married 11 years ago and reportedly started living separately a year and some months before the decision to get a divorce.
While the duo stayed married for over a decade and had two children as a result of the union, they lead vastly different lives. Thompson spent most of his years in the public eye both as a child star and in his current position as the longest-running "SNL" star; Evangeline specialized as an interior designer.
According to recent reports, Thompson drew up legal papers to end the marriage. The couple decided on a 50/50 custody arrangement for their daughters and will live within a short distance from each other in New York to make the process easier.
