'RHOC' Gina Kirschenheiter Accused of Abusing BF Travis Mullens In Court Docs

It doesn’t look like the Real Housewives of Orange County is currently filming. That could turn out to be a blessing in disguise for Gina Kireschenheiter. She is being accused of physically assaulting her boyfriend Travis Mullens in court documents filed by his ex-wife.

The mom of three is being accused of pushing Mullens down the stairs at the OC home they share together with their kids. The accusation is being made by Mullens's ex-wife who claims to be privy to what goes on behind closed doors at the Kireschenheiter/Mullens home.

She made the accusations in court documents filed this week pertaining to custody of the children she shares with Mullens. Meghan mullens insist the incident took place sometime “around April” in front of the exes' 10-year-old daughter Presley, who fans have caught glimpses of on the last few seasons of the reality show.

The incident allegedly took place in the middle of the night waking both Mullens and Kireschenheiter’s children. The court document states.

“Late at night the children started hearing loud [noises]. Presley went out of the room to investigate. Travis was yelling that Gina was an alcoholic.” There were no statements from Meghan Mullens's other two children daughter Bennett, 8, and son Joseph, 6.

“Presley witnessed Gina push Travis down the stairs, banging [his] head on the wall, and throwing hairs [sic] and pictures off the wall.” When Presley told her mom about the incident, she instructed the children to inform the authorities as soon as possible.

The documents did not state if Kireschenheiter's three children Nicholas, 9 Sienna, 7, and Luca, 5 were eyewitnesses to this incident as well.

While the kids have been instructed to call the police if something like this happens again, they have shared with their mom that cell phones are “not allowed” at Travis and Gina’s home. The court docs claim, “All three children have expressed to me that they are not allowed to call me during his visits.”

Meghan has also shared that she is uncomfortable with her kids spending time there because she is “concerned about Gina’s behavior and drinking.” Meghan elaborated. “The kids tell me that sometimes when they wake up in the morning, she will be asleep with an empty bottle of wine and glass next to her.” Yikes Gina this isn’t a good look.

Kireschenheiter knows how dangerous drinking and the law can be when combined. She only recently got her license back after a previous drunk driving incident. She also dealt with an abusive ex-husband who broke into her home allegedly while under the influence himself.

All this was well documented in season 14 and while Gina in later seasons has been on her best behavior (well, best possible), she hasn’t stopped drinking and even had a few wild nights with her best buddy Emily Simpson this past season. In fact, it seems like one of her favorite past times this season was getting wasted and treating her former "good friend" and shoulder to lean on Shannon Beador like crap.

The reality star is obviously denying the allegations. In a statement, she calls them “completely false”. The statement goes on to read. “These claims are without merit. This is a false narrative that [Meghan] is trying to paint about Gina, who is a domestic abuse survivor.”

The statement also noted that this could be retaliation in response to Travis filing his own judgment against his ex-wife for “unlawfully” keeping the children away from him.

Meghan claims that it is actually the children who are exercising their rights to refuse to visit their father.
