Hough has nothing but love for New York City, especially how the iconic Big Apple made the new divorcee's life beautiful.

Clearly happy with a radiant smile on her face, the "Dancing With The Stars" alum expressed her feelings about the city, including her adventurous moments.

New York became the ABC star's home in April after the "Footloose" actress made her Broadway debut in "POTUS," a play by Selina Fillinger.

As one of the prominent faces in the Tony-nominated show, the 33-year-old described her life as "busy" doing eight performances of "POTUS" on Broadway per week.

"I have an incredible cast of women who have just really become my family, my sisters," the entertainer gushed, "I feel very embraced and welcomed here. And I love New York, it's so incredible."

As reported by The Blast, Hough filed for divorce from the former NHL player, two years after the couple officially separated in 2020.

At the time, the former spouses announced they were breaking up via a joint statement, expressing their desire to remain amicable despite the end of their three-year love story.

In February 2022, the "America's Got Talent" judge filed for divorce with an "uncontested dissolution," implying that her estranged husband would not fight the case.

The ex-couple also issued a statement, noting that both parties had a written agreement about their "properties, marriage or domestic partnership rights," including spousal support.

Their separation was finalized in June after the judgment was passed in a Los Angeles court. It should be noted that both parties waived their right to collect spousal support from each other.

The pair have seemingly moved on as in the past year; the Primetime Emmy Awards winner has been spotted locking lips with the model Charlie Wison in Los Angeles.

Hough's relationship status has not been confirmed, but sources claimed the TV personality dated Wilson while enjoying her "single life."

On the other hand, the former ice hockey forward took things up a notch by getting engaged to a woman named Katrín Tanja Davíðsdóttir, a year after the couple went Instagram official in August 2021.
