A few fans were surprised to see how grown his son Liam was, and they called the two boys with their father a fabulous group.

Celebrating significant periods on social media is nothing new to McDermott as he previously marked International Women's Day by tributing his wife Spelling and his daughters, Stella and Hattie.

At the time, The Blast reported that he shared some pictures of them and penned a beautiful message beneath, showing how much he loved them.

The "Chopped Canada" presenter felt "blessed" to have the trio in his life, and he called them "incredibly smart, creative, strong, fierce, and funny."

Despite speculations at the time about his separation from Spelling, he was not fazed as he went ahead to share the lovely post.

As you may know, the couple tied the knot in 2006 and had a few marital challenges in 2013 involving McDermott having a love affair outside their marriage.

Since then, their union has not been so stable, and Spelling later confessed that she felt trapped, leading to her need for separation.

Following her proclamation about wanting a divorce, the couple had an intense argument which the outlet detailed. However, they eventually sorted out their differences, and the mother-of-five remained with her family.

The "Due South" Star Joins Former Spouse At Son's Graduation Amid Issues With Current Wife

While the rumors about McDermott's split from Spelling spread, he and his ex-wife Eustace were spotted together at their son's graduation from San Francisco State University.

According to Daily Mail, the 55-year-old actor was proud to celebrate the milestone with Jack and the 60-year-old entrepreneur, which was pretty surprising to fans.

The supporters' shock may be warranted as the former couple was widely known for not getting along well and even went years without texting each other.

Based on McDermott's "Daddy issues" podcast, he and Eustace were able to resolve their dispute in 2019 and "establish a good co-parenting relationship.

While the movie star hung out with the skincare creator and their son, his marriage to Spelling was on the rocks, but there was no certainty about their divorce.

As the outlet reported, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star was seen in March 2021 without her wedding ring, same with McDermott, who claimed to have lost his.

The pair's marriage was reportedly noted to have been over for a long time, as a source previously asserted that there was no way forward for their union.
