On Thursday, celebrities waded into political waters as they encouraged their followers to tune in to the House committee hearing on Thursday night.

The House committee spent almost a year investigating the January 6 attack on the Capitol building and the events that led up to the armed insurrection. On Thursday night at 8 PM Eastern Time, the committee will reveal what they’ve uncovered after countless witness interviews, video footage, and over 100,000 documents.

The hearing is only the first of a series that will run throughout June and will run on all major cable news networks except for Fox News. Many celebrities took to social media to encourage their followers to tune in.
