Rapper Snoop Dogg knows that inflation is hitting everyone hard.

Gas prices are up, the cost of food is rising, and it seems that everyone is strapped for cash.

In 2019, Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., hired a full-time blunt roller to make sure that every blunt would be rolled to perfection. Unfortunately, due to the economy, it looks like he’s going to have to spend a little more green for his perfectly rolled green.

How Much Does Snoop Dogg’s Blunt Roller Make Per Year?

On Monday, UberFacts tweeted, “Snoop Dogg employs a full-time blunt roller who makes between $40,000 and $50,000 a year.”

The tweet seems to have caught the attention of the 50-year-old Long Beach native, who quickly set the record straight. “Inflation,” he wrote. “Their salary went up!!”

The first time that Snoop revealed that he actually had hired a personal bunt roller was after he was invited on the Howard Stern Show. A clip from the interview can be seen below.

“That motherf---er is like Lurch from the Addams Family,” Snoop joked. “You rang?”

Actor Seth Rogen, who actually worked as a professional blunt roller for Waka Flocka Flame in 2014, backed up Snoop’s story.

“He knows how to gauge the look on someone’s face when it seems like they want a blunt and if they do, he gives you one,” Rogen explained.

“That motherf---er’s timing is impeccable,” Snoop continued. When Stern pressed if the blunt roller was actually employed, Snoop confirmed that he was.

“That’s his J-O-B, his occupation,” Snoop explained. “On his resume, it says, ‘what do you do? I’m a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller.” Snoop added that the position comes with some great benefits, such as free weed.

It seems that professional blunt-rollers is actually a highly sought-after position. According to Complex, Snoop Dogg and Waka Flocka Flame aren’t the only ones who have hired professional blunt rollers to get their fix. Kid Cudi and G Herbo also have tried to hire professional bunt rollers in the past, although it’s unclear if they ever found someone whose timing is impeccable as the guy Snoop’s got.
