Sarah Hyland Celebrated 'GORGEOUS' Bridal Shower Ahead Of Wedding Ceremony With Wells Adams

"Modern Family" alum Sarah Hyland just celebrated her bridal show in preparation for her wedding to long-time fiancé Wells Adams. The duo met on social media, while Adams had a gig as the bartender on "Bachelor in Paradise."

After revealing their dating status to the public in 2017, the couple got engaged in 2019. Their wedding was initially set for August 2020; however, it was postponed several times due to the pandemic.

While no particular wedding date is known currently, Hyland's bridal show is evidence that the wedding date is fast approaching. The actress posted several pictures and videos on her Instagram, celebrating the event and declaring it the "Bridal Shower of my dreams."

Hyland recently celebrated her fast-approaching wedding to Adams with an eventful bridal shower. The actress got engaged to the television personality in July 2019 after meeting him on Twitter. She took to Instagram on June 5 to express her satisfaction with the shower.

Via her Instagram stories, Hyland wrote, "Soooooo, I finally had my bridal shower yesterday." She posted a picture of a custom enamel box clutch that had "Mrs. Adams" boldly written in gold on the side.

The 31-year-old dubbed the event the "bridal shower of my dreams" and posted several other pictures and videos with her friends and family. This included Vanessa Hudgens, GG Magree, Kimberly Daugherty, Natalie Joy, Ashley Newbrough, Justin Mikita, and her maid of honor, Ciara Robinson.

Hyland didn't fail to thank Robinson for planning the day. She wrote, "Thank you @ciaracrobinson for hosting the most GORGEOUS Bridal Shower of my dreams!!! I love you more than words can say, and I'm so grateful to have you as my best friend and sister."

The actress looked radiant In a white body-hugging midi dress, paired with high-heeled sandals. In another post, her fiancé was shown surprising Hyland with a flower bouquet before the couple participated in a round of "The Newlywed Game."

The couple first went public with their relationship in the fall of 2017, and by 2019, they got happily engaged. They celebrated their engagement in an intimate gathering three months later. They initially set their wedding date in August 2020. However, it was delayed several times due to COVID-19 concerns during the pandemic.

In a prior interview with E! News, Adams talked about his and Hyland's wedding plans revealing that they planned to tie the knot this summer "hopefully." He said, "Hopefully this year, but COVID has postponed that a couple times. So, fingers crossed this year."

He further revealed that they used their time in quarantine properly and planned everything for the wedding. "We've been full force into planning for three years, so everything's done. We just need to actually have it."

Adams previously shared pictures of himself and Hyland and their newly arrived nephew, Avett Adams, on his Instagram page. When talking about the possibility of increasing their home, the tv personality said they were taking things slow for now. He joked, "Let's get married first, and then we'll work on the baby aspect."

While talking to People magazine in August 2021, Adams revealed that the couple was planning on getting married sometime in 2022; however, if it were postponed yet again, they would resort to more drastic measures.

The 38-year-old joked that the couple had no qualms going to Vegas or even the courtroom to exchange their vows if there was another setback. He said, "We were supposed to get married obviously last year, that didn't happen. We were supposed to get married this year, that didn't happen."

He continued, "So now we are hoping next year, or we're gonna go to Vegas, or the courthouse, I don't know— well, we're not going to do those last things, but I don't know. 2022 has got to be our year, right?!"

In a later interview with ET Canada, Adams echoed the same sentiment adding a possible attire of "powder blue suits" to the threat. "I'm not sure if we can wait another year. We'll see. Who knows what's going to happen," he added.
