Reality star Kendall Jenner is keeping it real this summer.
On Monday, she donned a bikini and covered her head with a wide-brimmed hat as she took some time to herself beside the pool.
Although plenty of people are getting worked up by the heat this summer, the 26-year-old model is giving her Instagram followers some tips on how to wind down.
Kendall Jenner Shares Some Great Ways To Quiet Her Mind
On Monday, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star shared some great mental health strategies to help unwind in the summer heat.
“I’ve had some down time these last couple days and sometimes i find it hard to wind down,” she admitted. She then listed some “things that help me be more present and quiet my mind.”
#1 – Kendall Jenner Loves To Spend Time In Nature
The first thing that she listed was workouts and nature walks. She doesn’t post a lot of workout videos to her Instagram page, but she does post plenty of shots showing her out and about, enjoying all that nature has to offer.

#2 – Kendall Loves To Spend Time With Her Animal Children
The second thing that she suggested was being with her animal children. Fans absolutely loved her Instagram shot that showed her posing with a dark horse to promote her new fragrance with Kim Kardashian.
“Get yourself some if you wanna smell like a nature fairy princess,” she wrote in the caption.

#3 – Focus On Meditation… Bonus Points If You Use A Sound Bowl!
The third thing that Kendall likes to do is focus on meditation and spend some time with her sound bowls. She actually posted a video of working with her sound bowls in the video of her post, along with a shot of her wellness journal.

The fourth thing that she suggested is journaling. She followed it up with organizing. Considering how many different outfits she has, it must take a lot of time for her to clean her closet!
