'Vanderpump Rules:' Lala Kent Shares Funny Post-Op Video Revealing She Got Her 'Boobs Done'

Since breaking into the limelight through her starring role in the reality show, "Vanderpump Rules" in 2015, Lala Kenthas been heavily criticized for her appearance. 

Her castmates were always quick to ridicule how she looked, her career, and her scandalous social media pictures. However, it would appear that she's gotten enough and is ready for a change.

Recently, the reality star shared that she had a boob job done in a hilarious post-surgery video recorded at the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group.

On Friday, the "Vanderpump Rules" reality star shared a post-surgery video of herself coming to and regaining consciousness after going under the knife for a boob augmentation and having her left ear pinned back.

In another part of the video, her friends approached her with her head wrapped in gauze. "Did fart?" She asked as they approached

"I feel groggy. I want my bed and Housewives," she said and added, "I want a blowdryer in the bed to warm it, and then get in it." 

When her friends said that she did so good during the surgery, she quipped, "Well, I was asleep. Of course, I did amazing."

Her friends also mentioned that she looked beautiful, even though Kent was reluctant to believe them.

Kent posted the video on her Instagram and captioned it, "I continued on the elevator, announcing to everyone who entered, 'I got my boobs done.' Some may wonder why my head is wrapped up. We all got so caught up on boobie talk, we neglected to mention my sweet left ear being pinned back. I feel really happy."

However, her decision to get a boob augmentation doesn't come as a surprise. Kent had previously hinted at getting a boob job to celebrate her bestseller status and the paper version of the said book, "Give Them Lala."

"I want to celebrate. I'm going into surgery to have my boobies done on Friday," Kent said on the "Behind the Velvet Rope" podcast with David Yontef. "I'll be down for a little bit, but the second that I'm up and at 'em, I will be taking my new boobs out to celebrate my national bestseller book."

She also added that she wanted them to look as full as they looked when she was pregnant with her one-year-old, Ocean.

However, while her current boobs were amazing, they were less full and "sat a little differently."

"I'm just ready to get them up there, maybe a little bigger. I'm gonna get my groove back," Kent concluded, per Page Six.

Before this, she had previously gushed about her excitement on her podcast, adding that the sole reason she'd be going under the knife was for herself.

"It may sound like I'm getting my boobs done for men, but it's getting my boobs done for me. My pregnancy boobs were massive, and I loved them."

This isn't the first time the star had gone under the knife for a boob job. In 2017, she had a boob job whose results she wasn't exactly thrilled with. In fact, she added that she wasn't ever going to give out his name or go to him again.

"I'll never give out his name — he botched me so badly," Kent added. "I hate him forever. Whenever someone says, 'I love your boobs, who did you go to,' I tell them to never go see that plastic surgeon. I tried to sue him a thousand and one times and no one will take my case. I waited too long."

She concluded, per Page Six, "I could still get them fixed. I went in three different times in six months, just on one side, for them to be even. Finally I was like, I can't do anymore. It was too much. It was horrible. He was in Utah. Maybe Los Angeles is the best place for breast surgery."

Kent and her ex, Randall Emmett, got engaged in 2018 and welcomed their first child, Ocean, in 2021. However, they were reported to have split by the end of the year. The fallout was so messy that Emmett threatened to arrest Kent after she left with Ocean.

"He would give me time periods that I could take her," she said on Sirius XM's "Jeff Lewis Live." "I don't think he knew I was leaving; I think he needed to regain control of me."

She continued, per E!, "We [moved me out] quick. I was worried that he was having me watched, which he did send people to watch. Luckily, they didn't watch me move out. I packed my stuff probably in four hours."
