In the video, Senada shows off not, one, not two, but six different exercises to work the arms, legs, back, and core.
“Get after this one!” she wrote. “Let’s get through the week strong.”
She said that anyone of any fitness level should be able to do the workouts, but beginners might have to modify it a little bit.
“Training at home for a few days,” she explained. “I love switching it up. Makes me crave the gym that much more 😬.”
In the first exercise, she can be seen doing squat to bent elbow lateral raises. She recommends that her followers perform 4×12 reps, although she suggested that beginners drop to 3×8 reps.
The second exercise is bear stance rows to push up for those who are ready to feel like a beast. She recommends doing 4×8 reps; her followers might only want to do 3×6 reps. She suggested that beginners should place their knees on the ground to row and do a push-up on their knees as well until they’re able to do it with good form on their toes.
In the third exercise, Senada can be seen doing straddle sumo squat to front raises. She recommends 4×12 reps and 3×8 reps for beginners. In the fourth exercise, Senada works her arms and her legs with a lunge back curl press. She recommends 4×8 reps for each side, but beginners only need to start with 3×6. Form is everything!
The fifth exercise is an alternating leg split stance RDL with a row. She does 4×12 reps on each side, but suggested that beginners drop down to 3×8 reps. For the last exercise, which will really set your core on fire, is V-sit dumbbell punches. She does 4×12 reps on each side. For beginners, she suggests that they cut it down to 3×6 reps on each side. She also suggests that they place their feet on the ground before they work on their balance. She also recommends starting without dumbbells, and then slowly add them in as you build up strength in your core and your arms.
Talk about a great way to get fit this summer!

“Is there a way you can show this work out routine in separate slides like you have done so in the past?” one user asked. “They are so much easier to follow when doing them on our own at home so when I complete an exercise I just swipe left and go to the next? Just a friendly suggestion! Love this one and want to try it!”
“ hey love. Totally get it… I will do my best to bring a mix of both,” Senada replied. “But one thing you can do, is screen record 🤫 And you can pause and continue as needed. Hope this helps 💚”
