It is a period of mourning for American rapper Percy Robert Miller Sr., popularly known as Master P, and his family as they recently suffered a tragic loss.
The music star lost his beloved daughter Tytyana Miller, whom he shared with his ex-wife and rapper Sonya C.
Several members of the Miller family, including Master P and his son Romeo Miller, paid homage to the deceased 29-year-old on Instagram, showing how much they loved her and requested privacy.
Master P Shares Mournful Message In Honor Of Daughter Tytyana's Passing
"Our family is dealing with an overwhelming grief for the loss of my daughter Tytyana," Master P wrote on Instagram, adding, "We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve."
He further appreciated fans' prayers and support while also stating that mental issues and substance abuse were subjects that people should not be fearful to discuss.
The record executive then concluded his heartfelt message, "With God, we will get through this. #MyAngel."
Above the grieving words, he shared a picture of the sky with clouds and what appeared to be an angel, showing his comparison of his baby girl to the heavenly body.
Fans were pretty heartbroken about the loss as they filled the comments section with comforting messages and offered their condolences to the bereaved family.
Not too long after Master P's post, his son Romeo took to his feed to release a family statement similar to his father's. He also expressed gratitude for the fond memories he shared with his sister.
In his words, "We are forever grateful for the memories we did have with our amazing sister. Love on your loved ones, life is short."
Tons of supporters sent uplifting and healing prayers to the "My Baby" soloist and his family, while some expressed their love to Tatyana, praying she rested in peace.

Romeo also updated his Instagram Story with a throwback screenshot of him FaceTiming his little sister, who was all smiles and had a cute-looking baby with her.
He expressed his love for the late star while also stating that she should "rest easy" and calling her a "Leo queen."
Speaking of Tytyana's mental issues and substance abuse, HipHopDX reported that she previously opened up about her struggles in a 2016 episode of "Growing Up Hip Hop."
At the time, she confessed about having challenges with drugs while also revealing that her mother battled addiction just like she did.
Tatyana was reportedly able to get clean and sober up for a while; however, it is not clear if she had withdrawn at the time of her death. Nonetheless, she will be missed by family and loved ones.
The No Limit Forever Records Founder Speaks Against Supporting Family Members With Their Addictions
In 2020, The Blast reported Master P's open statement to his family regarding him being "tired" of assisting their "addictions and habits."
At the time, he was accused of lying about supporting his brother Corey Miller, professionally known as C-Murder, and not helping with a family member's eye surgery.

An alleged female family member called out Master P for not aiding with money needed for the surgery, to which he replied with a snap of an "out of order" credit card.
He also noted that none of his family members could proudly say they had gifted him with anything, not even a lovely card.
The "Ice Cream Man" rapper further stated that his family members showed no gratitude for all he had done for them but still had no idea how to get a livelihood.
According to the 55-year-old, several of his family members had careers and bachelor's degrees, so he beseeched them to work hard with what they had to enable them to afford luxury that would last for years.
He believed he was "too generous" with his money to loved ones, hence the starting problem of them depending on him.
Master P admittedly loved his family but was fed up with their liability as he mentioned that he was not the only millionaire in the family. At the time, he had an accumulated net worth of $227 million.
As you may know, C-Murder was previously sentenced to life imprisonment for reportedly murdering 16-year-old Steve Thomas after being found guilty based on footage evidence.
However, Kim Kardashian's prisoner reform scheme selected the rap star's case, and the socialite claimed that he was not allowed a fair hearing at the time of his arrest.
