The late "Goodfellas" actor Raymond Allen Liotta, widely known as Ray Liotta, shockingly passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022, in the Dominican Republic.
He passed away in his sleep at the ripe age of 67, and his stay in the Dominican Republic was linked to the filming of the new film "Dangerous Waters."
At the time of his death, he was engaged to Jacy Nittolo, who does not have much media presence; even so, Page Six shared a few fascinating details about the deceased's sweetheart.
Ray Liotta Was Set Up By His Daughter To Meet Jacy Nittolo
According to the news outlet, Nittolo is nearly twenty years younger than the late Liotta, and she was with him on the island when he died.
There is not much known about the bereaved fiancée, but she has a public Instagram and private Facebook accounts that show her as 47 years old, born on September 25, 1974.
She lives in Malibu presently and seems to have grown up in Southern California. In addition, she is a mother to four kids, three sons and a daughter from her past relationship.
Speaking of her kids, her first child is 24-year-old Dax, followed by 22-year-old son Chazz, then 19-year-old daughter Jade and 11-year-old son Joey.
Nittolo also has a pretty good relationship with her deceased fiancé's only child, 23-year-old Karsen, whom he shared with his ex-spouse Michelle Grace.
The September-born is known to have not less than one sibling, a younger brother she previously called a "living miracle" for surviving a disastrous car accident in 2000 that led to "severe brain damage."
Regarding the crash, her sibling was reportedly unconscious for ten weeks and went through two brain surgeries. He also resided at Northridge Hospital Medical Center "for months" and endured years of "every kind of physical therapy."

Moving on to Nittolo's livelihood and profession, she was in an administrative position back in 2017, but her current occupation is not clearly known.
In December 2017, she shared an Instagram post featuring herself and a couple of grownups wearing holiday sweaters. The update's caption read:
"And this is how you treat your employees…. when you survive the year from hell & survive! [folded hands and winking face with tongue emojis]."
Last September, Liotta appeared on "Live with Kelly and Ryan," where he shared how he met Nittolo, saying his daughter set them up after attending a party at the 47-year-old's second son Chazz's house.
The "Field of Dreams" actor confessed that Nittolo initially wanted "nothing to do with an actor whatsoever," and he believed she having a then ten-year-old child was a "buzzkill." Despite that, they ended up bonding well.
The precise moment of their meetup is unclear, but the deceased producer was seen on his fiancée’s Instagram for the first time in February 2020, following their joint presence at that year's Film Independent Spirit Awards.
The couple got engaged later in 2020, around the Christmas period, and shared the good news on Instagram.
The 67-year-old uploaded a photo of his sweetheart showcasing her engagement ring, and he wrote in the caption, "Christmas wishes do come true. I asked the love of my life to marry me, and thank God she said yes!!!"

Nittolo also shared the same snap on her Instagram but expressed her delight with emojis in the caption. Furthermore, it is uncertain whether the loving pair had settled on a date for the wedding.
The "Shades of Blue" Star Is Honored Following Tragic Passing
Liotta's sudden death was a blow to many who will miss the celebrity dearly. Several grieving fans tributed him on social media with heartfelt messages showing their unending respect and devotion to him.
The Blast recently shared that several notable stars paid homage to the "Identity" actor, including "Halloween" actress Jamie Lee Curtis, "Wicked" star Kristin Chenoweth, "Westworld" actor Jeffrey Wright, and director Peter Atencio.
Curtis expressed her sadness about his death, noting that his work showed "his complexity as a human being," while Chenoweth recalled the years she knew him, saying she loved and adored him.
Wright appeared not to have known Liotta for long as he revealed that he had just met him for the first time last year and had felt nice to say so to the late star.
On the other hand, Atencio called the "Something Wild" a legend and recounted the days he worked with the deceased, mentioning that Liotta was "incredibly kind" to everyone, including his then-awkward self.
