Kanye West Breaks Instagram Silence With Strange McDonald's Post!

Kanye West has made his return to Instagram!
The rapper has been silent since his 24-hour ban from the social platform in March.
Kanye, who legally changed his name to ‘Ye’ in 2021, has been basically mute on social media in the wake of his divorce from Kim Kardashian, public shaming of Pete Davidson and tirade against Trevor Noah.

However, on Monday, May 23, the “Jesus Is King” rapper posted on his Instagram Story.
He shared what appears to be a New York Times article about McDonald’s.
The post features a square shaped McDonald’s box which looks like a burger. It has “Next week it’s the fries” written in black underneath the Mickey D’s photo.
Kanye Makes A Subtle, Yet Odd Return To Social Media
The New York Times hasn’t published an article about McDonald’s since May 16.
In a quick turn of events, Ye deleted the NYT article previously published to his IG Story and reposted the same photo without the publication’s name.
Not long after his second Story post, Kanye revealed the meaning behind his McDonald's posts.
It looks like Mickey D's is getting a makeover compliments of Ye.
He posted the photo to his actual IG grid and captioned the photo, "Ye teams up with legendary Muji industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa to reimagine McDonald’s packaging."

Kanye did make an appearance in McDonald’s Super Bowl ad back in February, and in November 2018 he tweeted, “McDonald’s is my favorite restaurant.”

As we previously mentioned, Kanye was banned from Instagram for 24 hours following some comments he made about ‘The Daily Show’ host.
The Blast reported back in March that the rapper was temporarily suspended from IG due to violating their policies on bullying, harassment and hate speech.
His reported girlfriend, Chaney Jones, also made a statement on Instagram.
The social media influencer, who bears a striking resemblance to Kim, deleted all of her Instagram content.
She did keep two carousels of photos on her account, which showcases her modeling.
Back in April, it was reported that Kanye was seeking mental health treatment following his Coachella set cancellation.
On April 6, Chaney posted a cryptic quote amid the reports.
Chaney has been with Kanye since his split from Julia Fox in February, and from all social media accounts, she’s happy to be with the “Eazy” rapper.

The quote she shared from Instagram account @herupliftingquotes reads, “Always say ‘my peace is more important’ when you find yourself reacting to something that doesn’t deserve your energy.”
The quote is definitely eye-catching and noteworthy given that she posted the message just eight days before “The Kardashians” on Hulu debuts.
From the snippets and sneak peeks we’ve gotten of the famous family’s new reality TV show, Kim and company will 100% be talking about Kanye, their marital issues and divorce.
It’s hard to say how the rapper will be portrayed, but we know that the SKIMs founder admits to things being “very hard with Kanye.”
She also explained how Kanye got upset about her ‘SNL’ monologue and left mid-show.
In last week’s episode, the “Gold Digger” rapper had a lot of air time. He took North and Saint west to school in a firetruck.
Kim and Kanye’s daughter Chicago also came along for the ride.
