Actor Dwayne Johnson is known for giving his fans some great workout advice in his Instagram posts.

However, he's not just concerned with the physical health of his fans. The Rock knows that health is mental too. On Monday, the "Red Notice" actor delivered some important advice about discipline for his Instagram followers.

Dwayne Johnson Reminds Fans To Find Balance In Their Lives

“Having this conversation with some family now about finding BALANCE and the power & value of taking care of YOU,” Johnson began.

“Let’s start with respecting and acknowledging the fact that finding balance is HARD,” he continued. “We have babies to raise, relationships to maintain, bills to pay, school commitments, businesses to run, the commitment to daily heath and fitness etc…”

“We all got a lot s---going on! 🙋🏽‍♂️” he added, saying that two things have helped him: “Applying real Discipline. And great COMMUNICATION.”

“I always say, ‘you gotta protect the thing that allows you to do what you do’,” he continued. “And that ‘thing’ you have to always protect is YOU.”

Fans lit up the post with heart and fire emojis. Although the Rock has a lot going on between being an entrepreneur and an actor, the “Jumanji” actor also knows when to take some time off.

The Rock Takes Some Time Off To Go Fishing

Dwayne Johnson knows the importance of self-care and engaging in activities that are meaningful to you. One of Johnson’s favorite forms of self-care is fishing.

On Sunday, he tweeted, “645am and she annihilated this 1/2 oz spinner bait… Great way to start the morning 😉🎣💥”

“I raise a variety of fish on my farm (bass, hybrid striped bass, sunfish etc) and everything I catch goes back into the water,” he explained. “My babies are getting BIG. #ManaFarm 🐟”

Fans absolutely loved the video, including Bear Grylls, who commented, “Get the shoes off and get those big a-- feet into the mud big fella! 😂😂😉 Good job hauling that guy out !!”

Another fan commented, “@beargrylls Waiting for the ultimate survival team up! @therock #WhatsCookin”

Another fan wrote, “Take that bad boy and wrap it in aluminum foil with lemon and throw it in the microwave for 87 minutes 🤤” The comment raised a lot of questions from other fans.

@fatcatnewton 87 minutes? Nah that baby deserves wood-fired 🔥🔥🔥🔥” another wrote.

@fatcatnewton why would you ruin food by cooking it in the microwave???” another asked.

Others questioned both putting aluminum foil in the microwave and the egregious length of time. At least one fan seemed to get the joke, writing, “@fatcatnewton yea and watch your house be in channel 7 news 😂”

Even horror master Stephen King knows better than to cook anything in the microwave after the harsh criticism he got on his microwave salmon recipe!
