Following the footage of the boxer trying to kick the taxi driver's vehicle and attempting to open the closed cab, Fury, in a video shared to his social media account, admitted that he had "too many drinks."
The video sees a wobbly Fury held by his father and friends staggering towards the cab in broad daylight.
The driver then seems to explain to his friends that Fury was too drunk to be allowed into his cab. However, Fury's father, John, and friends remained unfazed and tried to convince the driver to take them regardless of his drunkenness. Nonetheless, the cabman zoomed off.

Fury posted an Instagram story with his dad on a four-hour mile run the following day. In the video, he and his dad talk about having way too many drinks, most likely alluding to Fury's public misbehavior.
Fury Is Spending Time With His Family At Cannes
Last month, the "Gypsy King" knocked out Dillian Whyte in the sixth round at Wembley Stadium, London. Since this win, he has lived it up and spent more time with his family.
Currently, they are in Cannes, where they are spending time on a 42 million euros exotic yacht. This yacht boasts of a jacuzzi and comes with a jetski.
He has also been making the most of his family time, milking acts of service from his wife, Paris. At a point, Paris jokingly shared that Fury's requests have spanned three days consecutively.
He has also posted multiple videos of his wife and him on his Instagram stories, including the one where Tyson requested a beer that lay close to him. She also passed him a carrot stick dipped in hummus as she sipped her drink.

Recently the pair have spoken of their intention to expand their family unit, with both parties hoping to have ten children. This was revealed in Paris' book, "Love and Fury: The Magic and Mayhem of Life with Tyson."
"Tyson and I had always intended to carry on the great Traveler tradition and have a big family: three children at the very least, we'd say to each other, maybe even ten if we were lucky," she wrote.
Tyson Fury Is Retiring
Following the last fight with Whyte, the boxer shared that he'd be retiring and "no amount of money" would change his mind.
The professional boxer, whose records show 32 wins, 23 knockout victories, and a draw, mentioned that boxing "wasn't worth continuing."
"When is enough enough? I'm happy, I'm healthy, I've still got my brains, I can still talk. I've got a beautiful wife, I've got six kids. I've got umpteen belts, I've got plenty of money. I've got success, fame, glory. What more am I doing it for?"

He continued, per The Independent, "Boxing's a very dangerous sport. You can be taken out with one punch, as we've seen on Saturday night, and it only takes one unlucky blow, and you may not get up off that canvas. I'm quitting while I'm ahead. I'm undefeated, only the second man in history to retire as an undefeated heavyweight champion.
The Boxing champion added that he is very content with his life and happy with his achievements.
"It's not about money for me. For a lot of people in this world, everything is about money, and more money and more money. I've got enough money. I've got enough of everything I need."
The Boxing Body Will Give Him Time To Make His Decision
The governing body for the boxing sport has shared that they will give the "Gypsy King" ample time to make his final decision.
"We will be in communications, he's having a holiday with his family. I'm not saying we will get him in three months, there's no time limit right now, I'm respecting the level of Tyson Fury, his private time with his family, but we will talk in the near future certainly. We need to address the situation if he is retiring, but at this time, we are just giving him the much deserved time to enjoy his holidays."
