Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker Are Having Another Wedding, Kids Invited This Time

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are continuing their wedding celebrations, and now reports are that the duo will be in Italy this weekend. There, the lovebirds will exchange vows once again, in an intimate, private ceremony, and this time, their families will be in attendance.

That said; a certain someone is not invited and there's a little reluctance from the Kardashian-Disick kids as well. Here's the down-low.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have been friends since 2008, but it took them till 2021 to realize their attraction for each other and start dating finally. That said; rumors of them being a couple have been floating since 2019 although Barker denied it at the time, calling Kourtney a "dear friend."

Finally, in 2021, the couple acknowledged their relationship, moving on from sweet nothings to heavy PDA in what seems to be a blink of an eye.

They had a not-so-secret marriage in Vegas, which was not legally binding, which Kourtney captioned as, "Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2 am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect."

Just last week, the two got married for real, legally rather, in a courthouse ceremony on Sunday, May 16, with Kourtney's grandmother May Jo "MJ" Campbell, and Travis' father, Randy Barker in attendance.

Now, the couple is set to tie the knot in Italy at Castello Brown, a 16th-century castle in the seaside town of Portofino, and this time, the guest list is a lot longer.

Kourtney admitted in one of the episodes of "The Kardashians" that her kids were none too impressed about not being there for Kourtney and Travis' engagement when he popped the question. The final decision was perhaps Kris Jenner's and Kourtney was a little unhappy about it, saying, "I do wish that my kids were here. It would have made them feel more included in the decision and part of the surprise. I know that my mom made that decision and it probably wasn’t her best.”

But now, their grand Italian wedding will not leave anyone out. All the Kardashians, Jenners, the friends as well as Travis Barker's close friends and family will be in attendance and so will the kids. The wedding is to be held on the northern coast of Italy in Portofino, just southeast of Genoa. The castle, Castello Brown boasts breathtaking views of Portofino bay and the Mediterranean Sea. Plus, it has a long history as well.

The pre-wedding celebrations have already begun with a dinner with close friends. According to People, Kourtney wore a red structured bodysuit with sheer panels for a skirt, and a matching fur stole. Barker sported a black tweed jacket with classic tailored pants.

A source claimed, "They have a special menu with Italian wine, hand-made trofie al pesto pasta, sea bass, and coffee parfaits. The menu is decorated with a heart."

Kourtney is very excited about enlarging her "blended" family as well, as she claimed in a confessional interview. “I love the idea of a blended family. I think the more kids the merrier. It is like more people to love. I am really close to Travis’ kids and I love them. It’s a beautiful thing. Travis is a really amazing father. It is one of the reasons that I fell in love with him. He is very patient. I think because we have all known each other it does make it easier to blend our families. It is all I could ever want.”

During a new episode of "The Kardashians", Kourtney's daughter, Penelope, 9, asked the couple to stop the PDA when Kourtney and Travis kept on kissing. The Poosh founder then asked Penelope for permission if they could share “just one” kiss but later, during the dinner, they were at it again.

Kourtney shares Mason, 12, Penelope, and Reign, 7, with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. Travis, meanwhile, shares son Landon, 18, and daughter Alabama, 16, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler but also step-fathers Atiana, 23, who is Moakler's daughter with her ex, Oscar De La Hoya.

When Kourtney and Travis started to kiss again during dinner, her youngest child could not stand it anymore. Reign, offscreen, said, "I am going to die. Can you guys not kiss in French again? Could you guys please not French kiss again?"

Oh, and Scott Disick is not invited to the wedding.
