Britney Spears Says She Uses Music 'To Gain Insight And Perspective'

Singer Britney Spears is going through a lot at the moment.

Over the weekend, she revealed that she and fiancé Sam Asghari “lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy.”

Although she said that they will “continue trying to expand our beautiful family,” Britney described it as a “difficult moment” for the couple ahead of their upcoming wedding. On Tuesday afternoon, Britney admitted that this is a difficult time for her, but she is finding her peace in music.

Britney posted an almost two minute video to Instagram on Tuesday in a lime green bra and purple shorts as she danced barefoot in her living room.

“I’m definitely going through something in my life at the moment … and music ? helps me so much just to gain insight and perspective …” Britney wrote.

“I shot this 2 months ago but when I look back, each song I danced ?? to gave me a different feel … a different mood … a different story to tell … and I’m thankful for that escape …” she wrote.

“This song is pretty spiritual and I really enjoy dancing to it ? !!!” she added. “Psss I know I’m dramatic and feeling myself ?????? but is it believable ??? ???”

Many fans expressed support for Britney during this difficult time. “We hope you’re doing well. Enjoy yourself as much as you can and want!” one fan commented.

“I always enjoy your music and dances,” another fan wrote. “Keep dancing queen.”

Earlier on in the day, Britney posted a video of an orange snake biting a man’s finger.

“How harmful can a baby snake be ? ? ? ???” Britney asked. It seemed to be an innocent question, but many fans interpreted it as throwing shade on his younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears.

“Ask your sister,” one fan wrote.

“Get out jamye linn,” another fan commented.

“I love this drag to jamie lynn bestie!!!” said a third.

Fortunately, things seem to be going well with Sam. Just after the snake video, Britney posted a photo that read “nothing more attractive than a man who teaches you things without making you feel like you’re dumb for not knowing it already.”

Yesterday, she also posted a throwback video of her time in Mexico.

“Trying to be sexy running like Baywatch ???‍♀️? !!!!” Britney captioned the video. “Pssss #TB to Mexico ?????? !!!”

In the video, Britney can be seen running topless with her hands clutching her assets as her puppy, Sawyer, ran along behind her. In another shot, Sawyer can also be seen trying to cuddle with Britney while she’s sunbathing.
