Anna Sorokin Rips Jada Pinkett Smith For Having Rachel Williams On 'Red Table Talk'

Early in the year, "Inventing Anna" was released on Netflix. Surprisingly, the show moved to the streamer's top spot and explored the story of a 25-year-old German native, Anna Sorokin, who moves to New York for greener pastures. She, however, had neither the funds nor the experience to go on with her dreams.
She began to fund her dreams through scams and the continuous hustle of one business enterprise until she could not, as her schemes eventually caught up with her.
While "Inventing Anna" might have seemed like eons ago, Sorokin is back on the public radar for another issue.
Recently, she slammed Jada Pinkett Smith for inviting her ex-friend, Rachel Williams, to the Red Table Talk.
Anna Sorokin Called Her Ex-Friend A 'Trauma Porn Star'
The fake heiress recently slammed "The Red Table Talk" for inviting her ex-friend Rachel Williams on an upcoming episode.

Sorokin, a notorious scammer, took to Instagram to air her grievances.
"@jadapinkettsmith is having trauma-porn star Rachel 'Karen-in-chief' on the upcoming trauma & healing episode [of] her @redtabletalk," Sorokin said.
"Just making sure she doesn't forget to invite @chrisrock," Sorokin concluded.
This Is Not The First Time The Two Have Had An Altercation
This, however, is not the first time the pair has had an online altercation. In February, Sorokin slammed Williams for shamelessly exploiting their previous friendship. She even called her a "Karen."
"I have been silent about this for years. However, over [the] past two weeks watching Rachel stubbornly refuse to move on from her contrived trauma, ever brazen and unchecked, while going on every show that will have her, I thought- now I have to. And if I have to, I will," Sorokin wrote, per Newsweek.
She added that, before this time, Williams wanted to write a book about her experience and even had literary agents and publishers harassing her lawyer, Todd Spodek, to get her to speak.
According to her, she had the evidence to prove all this.
She continued, "I know - sounds incredible, considering Rachel's recent media crusade during which she accuses everyone who isn't aligned with her vision of self as a wronged martyr starved for justice of 'glorifying crime' and 'giving a platform to a con."
"Find yourself someone who's dedicated to you the way Rachel is dedicated to my Twitter. Don't you just love the irony of watching Rachel DeLoache Williams constantly adjust her (very) flexible moral standards depending on the protective amount of $ she stands to profit based on the latest twists in the tale of her 'unfortunate' association with me?" she concluded.
However, in response to Sorokin's statement, Williams wrote, via Newsweek, "I have no interest in feuding, but, with regard to Anna's allegations on Instagram, I'll leave the fiction-making to Anna and stick with the facts. Anna has proven herself to be a con artist and pathological liar."
She also denied her former friend's claim of writing a book together.
Williams Previously Slammed Netflix For Celebrating A 'Narcissistic, Proven Criminal'
Sorokin's statement comes after Williams slammed down on Netflix, which celebrated the story of Sorokin.
"I think promoting this whole narrative and celebrating a sociopathic, narcissistic, proven criminal is wrong," Williams said.
She added that she had been in the front seat of Sorokin's life for so long and having a "narrative designed to create empathy" for Sorokin, who had no empathy, was laughable. Williams also mentioned that she wasn't able to finish the show.

"You watch the spectacle, but you're not paying attention to what's being marketed."
She concluded by saying that the show was trying to "straddle" between facts and fiction.
"I think that's a particularly dangerous space, more than the true-crime medium, because people sometimes believe what they see in entertainment more readily than what they see on the news. It's the emotional connections to a narrative that form our beliefs."
Williams And Sorokin Were Formerly Close Friends
As revealed by a New York article, Williams was reported to be a very close friend of the ex-con until an ill-fated trip to Morocco caused a chasm between the pair.
While on the trip, Sorokin's credit card failed. Williams was forced to sort the bills of the pair, and Sorokin never repaid Williams.
Williams eventually took a detour to the police station and helped in the operation of having Sorokin apprehended.
The fake heiress was convicted on the counts of larceny, attempted theft, and theft in May 2019. Sorokin was later sentenced to prison on charges of pretending to be a German heiress and scamming people while at it.
She got released in 2021 after serving a three-and-a-half-year jail term in prison.
