Amber Heard Alleges Violent Fight With Johnny Depp In Australia During 'Pirates 5'

Actor Johnny Depp and ex-wife Amber Heard continue to make headlines as the trial continues.

The couple is facing each other at the Fairfax County Circuit Court. The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor is suing his ex-wife for $50 million over a December 2018 op-ed Heard wrote for the Washington Post where she claims that she is a domestic violence survivor. Although she did not mention Depp by name, he claims that he has lost movie roles due to the “clear implication” that he was the “Aquaman” actress’ abuser. Heard is countersuing for $100 million dollars.

Heard began her testimony on Wednesday morning by describing how they met on the set of "The Rum Diary." She then continued on to explain the first time that Depp allegedly struck her. On Thursday morning, she recalled further allegations of abuse, claiming that he kicked her in front of other people on a plane.

In 2015, Amber Heard married Johnny Depp in Los Angeles. She said that they met at the penthouses downtown and noted that Depp "seemed happy" at the time. "I felt we were making the right decision," Heard said, adding that she thought the marriage would add "stability" and "safety" to their relationship.

"I was marrying the love of my life," Heard told the jury. She said that she was filming "The Danish Girl" in London and took three days off for the wedding before returning to film. Depp also had a commitment to film "Pirates of the Caribbean" 5 in Australia, which is why they held the wedding early in the year.

She said that Depp accused her of sleeping with the movie's director, and then later, star Eddie Redmayne. Heard denied the allegations. She described an incident when Depp called her hotel room and she did not answer because she is in the shower. She said that Depp called the hotel room to check and make sure she was in the room and forced her to call him on the hotel room phone to prove that she was there. The day after, she flew to Australia where he was filming.

Heard said that she was concerned about Depp when she arrived in Australia because it looked like he had lost a lot of weight. She said that in the evening, Depp pulled out a bag of MDMA, which Heard said "surprised" her. She later told the jury that the drug wasn't on his "no list."

She said they got into an argument and she "stomped off." She said that Depp grabbed her arm and then said things got "hazy" and told the jury that she can only remember things "in flashes" and "not in a linear way." She then testified that Depp threw her across the room and she "slid" across the floor. She then said they entered a period of "on/off" arguments. In one instance, she claimed Depp "had me up against the fridge ... he was holding me there, by my throat. I was wondering if it was the drugs or if it was him."

"He's bashing me against the wall next to the fridge," she told the jury. "At some point, I'm in his face ... I remember slapping him across the face, screaming at him, he's screaming at me ... I stormed off, I slammed the door upstairs." She said that, at one point, she barricaded the door. "It wouldn't stop him from coming in" through another door, she added.

She alleged that she hit her head "hard" another time when he slammed her against the wall while he cursed at her. "I remember a lot of name-calling," she told the jury. She described another time when Depp allegedly threw bottles at her with "velocity." She said they then got into an argument in the bar area of the home where he allegedly had her up against the wall and started punching next to the wall. She alleged that Depp ripped her nightgown off of her "so I was naked."

"So, at one point, I'm up against the wall, and he's screaming at me that he f---ing hates me," she went on.

Heard sobbed on the stand as she described being assaulted by Depp in graphic detail. She described "wrenching" after the incident and said she saw blood on the floor. She then said she took two sleeping pills and went to sleep. She said that when she woke up the next morning, there was paint and blood on the walls. She claims Depp told her, "Look what you made me do" or "something to that effect" while holding out his hand wrapped in "rags."

She said she handed him a coffee after they called security and he "threw it at the TV." Outside the house, Heard claims that Depp pulled his p---- out in front of them and they "caroled" him back inside the house. Heard indicated that Depp insinuated that he wanted to leave a message for her with his urine stream.

Heard later said that she found raw red meat scattered in pieces throughout the house. Heard alleged that Depp had taken the pieces of raw meat and wrapped up pieces of them in her ripped nightgown and left these pieces throughout the house. She also alleged that Depp had smeared food on the walls as well as writing on mirrors in various rooms.

Heard alleged that Depp said "I'll f---ing kill you" while Depp pushed the bottle against her pubic bone. Heard answered that she did bleed from her private area after the incident with the bottle. She was concerned that the bottle was broken but she reasoned that the bottle wasn't broken because "if it was, I would be bleeding a lot worse."

She added that she felt "scared" because "I just married this man."

Heard was asked directly if she was penetrated with the bottle. "Johnny had the bottle inside of me," Heard said through tears. "He was shoving it inside me over and over again." Heard said she also had cuts on her forearms and "the bottoms of my feet were sliced up pretty good."

"I had a bruise across my jaw, I suppose, from one of the many times he clocked me in the face," Heard added.
