On Monday night, Blac Chyna, 33, lost her $100 million dollar lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family.
A Los Angeles jury deliberated throughout the day on Friday and on Monday before they decided there was no basis for Chyna’s claims and awarded her no damages.
The former reality TV star had sued Kim Kardashian, 31, Khloe Kardashian, 37, Kylie Jenner, 24, and their mother, Kris Jenner, claiming that they defamed her to E! Network executives, which led to the cancelation of her “Rob & Chyna” TV show. Last week, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory W. Alarcon dismissed a defamation claim against Kim Kardashian, saying there was no evidence to support claims of defamation.

The model had sued the Kardashian-Jenner family for $40 million dollars in loss of earnings and more than $60 million dollars in future earnings, as per Page Six. Chyna took the stand to claim that the reality TV family had used their influence to ruin her reputation and “conspired” to cancel the second season of the “Rob & Chyna” reality show.
The jury, which consisted of seven women and five men, decided that the family had been acting to protect their own economic interests and concluded that their contract with E! Network did not interfere with Chyna’s contract in any way.
The trial took place over two weeks and highlighted a volatile relationship between Rob Kardashian, 35, and Chyna, with Rob claiming that he was the victim of domestic violence.
Rob Kardashian Claims He Was The Victim Of Domestic Violence In Relationship With Blac Chyna
One bombshell allegation that was dropped during the testimony was when Rob Kardashian claimed that Chyna had physically assaulted him with a metal pole on the night of December 14, 2016, just over a week before the Christmas holiday.
“She landed several blows to my face, my back,” he said, describing how Chyna allegedly struck him with the metal pole. He added that she “ripped my shirt early in the evening and we were throwing money around in our Snapchat. In the beginning, I thought it was playful. I didn’t think it got serious until the second gun encounter … you don’t point a gun at your fiancé’s head, whether you think it’s loaded or not.”
He also alleged that she had attempted to strangle him with an iPhone card while she was drunk and high on cocaine. “She has a history of doing this,” Rob told the jury. “Just because I didn’t have marks doesn’t mean it’s not true.”
Blac Chyna Allegedly Threatened To Kill Kylie Jenner
To make matters even more alarming, Kris Jenner revealed that Chyna had once threatened to kill Kylie Jenner when she was dating her now-ex-boyfriend Tyga.
Kris said that she did not report the incident to the authorities. “Of course it was alarming, but we just kept it in the family,” she testified. “They lived across the street and [Chyna] had a young child.”
Chyna dated Tyga, 32, from 2011 to 2014. He dated Kylie on and off from 2014 to 2017. Chyna started dating Rob in 2016. Chyna and Tyga have a nine-year-old son named King. Chyna had Rob have a 5-year-old daughter named Dream.
During her testimony, Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani grilled Kris about text messages, in which she had called Chyna “stupid,” “really ghetto,” and said that the network should “ditch the b----.”
The matriarch admitted that she might have texted those things, noting that there were “a lot of ups and downs” in Rob and Chyna’s relationship. However, she told the jury that she “really wanted Chyna to grow and be the best version of herself.”
Jenner also stuck up for Rob, adding, “I was told she put a gun to his head and she was drinking… I can’t imagine how that must feel to have a gun pointed at your head.”
As per Deadline, E! network executives had testified that the second season of “Rob & Chyna” was never actually green-lit because the two reality stars’ relationship had reached “a sad place” and insinuated that it was difficult to get the two to talk to one another in a room together.
NBC Universal Chairman of Entertainment Networks Frances Berwick said that the former couple’s relationship was not a “good fit” to provide the “frothy and escapist” content that the network tries to provide, which is why they ultimately decided not to go ahead with a second season.
