Megan Fox Talks Son Noah's Love For Wearing Dresses And Her Support

Devoted mother-of-three Megan Fox recently had a genuine discussion about her first son, who previously developed a fascination for wearing dresses.

Fox shares her three kids, Noah Shannon Green, Bodhi Ransom Green, and Journey River Green, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green whom she divorced in 2021.

Being a mom is no easy task, but the actress is passionate about her maternal role and pretty supportive of her kids, particularly her firstborn's gender identity.

The "Transformers" star was featured in Glamour UK's April edition and was interviewed by the magazine's rep, to whom she detailed the pressures of parenting, among other topics.

On the subject of parenting and her family generally, the interviewer posed a question about the challenges she faces as a parent.

Fox is pretty private about her family and does not keep them in the limelight. She said it could be hard to be a parent as she does not get to see them as often as she wanted.

Her long travels usually kept her away from the youngsters, and they had to attend school, so she sometimes wished she could take them with her on her trips. The model confessed:

"I cry often, every new moon usually. I get in the bath and cry a lot about it, because it is hard and not because of pressures that anybody else or society puts on you, but it is just hard being separated from them in that way. They are my DNA."

She added that it was difficult not to feel compelled to be with her children all the time as her separation from their father allowed her to spend half of the time with them.

Fox struggled with guilt when it came to caring for her kids as she constantly believed she was not doing enough for them.

She further opened up about how she talked to her kids about gender identity. The outlet noted that the movie star had previously discussed her first child, Noah's love for wearing dresses.

As a result of the young boy's choice of clothing, he often became a victim of bullying, and the concerned mother tries her best to shield her son from the harassment.

The "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" actress revealed that Noah started wearing dresses when he was two, and she purchased some books to address the sexuality spectrum.

She mentioned that a few of the books were written by "transgender children," and some were about how people could express themselves through their clothing without having to do with their sexuality.

Fox made her kids aware of her discoveries and included them in the little ones' lives so they would not feel "weird or strange or different."

Even as a mom, she cannot control the way others react to her babies, including their experiences at school. Hence, her reason for not publicizing them on social media.

She is undoubtedly proud of her kids, and regarding Noah, she revealed that he was an "unbelievable pianist."

The 35-year-old added, "He can learn Mozart's concerto in an hour, but I also don't want the world to have access to this gentle soul and say all the things that we all know they're going to say."

She admitted that her boy was "so brave" as he went through a lot, and she was still worried about her limitations in protecting her kids.

As much as she loves her babies, she also has part of her heart devoted to her loving fiancé, with whom she recently commemorated a memorable day.

The Blast recently reported that Fox celebrated her betrothed Machine Gun Kelly's 32nd birthday with the loveliest words, showing her undying love for the musician.

She began the emotional tribute, "Today, your mom told us that you were born a month early (you were SO meant to be a Gemini, you charming mercurial Svengali)"

Her message went on to reveal that MGK was "cuddly and fussy at the same time," which she believed was the most accurate description of her beau.

The "Hope & Faith" actress added, "The world has no idea what a gentle, beautiful heart you have. How generous and how thoughtful you are."

She could not stop gushing about her lover as she further called him sweet names and concluded her tribute with how honored she felt to be the receiver of his love.
