Singer Britney Spears’ social media hiatus didn’t last too long!

On Sunday, the “Gimme More” singer revealed that she was going to take a break from Instagram in order to focus on her latest pregnancy. However, she was already back on Monday night sharing a video that she forgot to post a while ago.

On Monday night, Britney returned from her social media hiatus to say, “Geez ? !!! I FORGOT to post this a while ago !!!”

“Before I go on my Instagram hiatus I have to thank my rockin’ bad a-- amazing f---ing fans for voting me PEOPLE’S CHOICE ? !!!” she wrote. “I think we all know my Instagram is definitely not up to the highest quality content but I think it’s pretty rad you guys voted silly me ?‍♀️??? !!!”

She posted a video of her in a long-sleeve polka-dot red dress with a white collar. She paired them with her beige heels and wore her hair in a messy bun. Brit makes a face as she proceeds to “hump” the People’s Choice Award. In her defense, she said she was trying to channel “Wrecking Ball” singer Miley Cyrus.

Brit wrote, “I’m giving @ReeseWitherspoon in the dress 100 percent ? with a mix of @MileyCyrus ???? … did I just make up a drink ? ? ??? HMMMMM ? … my porn name could be Reese Cyrus ??? !!!”

Fiancé Sam Asghari commented, “This is how a legend accepts her award.”

Although fans were sad to see her go, many expressed support for Britney.
