Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are preparing to make their third major public appearance as a couple.
The SKIMs creator and “Saturday Night Live” star will be taking over the White House this coming weekend.
Kim and Pete will join President Joe Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner.
Kim & Pete Are Heading To Washington, DC!
Page Six exclusively learned of their impending date night together that will go down in Washington, DC.
On Sunday, April 24, Kim and Pete attended the 23rd annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor show Sunday night.
The couple showed up in DC to see the comedian’s good friend, Jon Stewart, accept the award for lifetime achievement in humor.
Pete even took the stage to hurl a few jokes at Stewart.
No strangers to the nation’s capital, Kim and Pete will jet-set to DC this coming weekend to see Trevor Noah give President Biden a good roasting.
The new couple may even get a few jokes and insults hurled their way as well.
Kim & Pete Will Have A Date Night With Joe & Jill Biden
“I don’t think they should feel that they’re safe,” one source told Page Six. “Trevor could definitely turn his attention to Kim and Pete.”
Kim and Pete will be sitting at the Disney/ABC table given that “The Kardashians” is streamed on Hulu and owned by Disney.
This year marks the first time in two years that the dinner will be held. It was canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic.
According to the outlet, this will also be the first time that the sitting president has attended the Correspondents’ dinner in five years, since Donald Trump refused to go throughout his time in office.
Kim has attended the Correspondent’s dinner before.
She was invited back in 2012 when Jimmy Kimmel hosted for then-president Barack Obama.
She’s familiar with how most jokes are not off limits.
In 2012, Kimmel said, “If you’re looking for the greatest threat to America right now, she’s right there,” Kimmel joked. “She’s Kim Kardashian.”
And, if we’ve learned anything from her ‘SNL’ hosting gig and “The Kardashians,” Kiki is one to take jokes in stride as well as serve them up.
Kim Is No Stranger To Taking Jokes & Dishing Them Out
In fact, in last week’s episode, viewers saw Kim meet up with Amy Schumer to go over her opening monologue jokes.
There was one very shocking joke Kim planned to tell about her sister Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson.
Kim planned to say, “Oh, Khloé, you have the biggest heart. It’s so big it has room for Tristan and all of his side pieces.”
Schumer responded, “Oh s**t!”
I mean… it’s pretty harsh, but hilarious and so true.
The business mogul took jabs at Kris Jenner, Kanye West, Caitlyn Jenner, O.J. Simpson and more during the monologue, but Koko was off limits.
Kim didn’t explain why she cut the joke, but it’s obvious this would’ve been a very low blow to her sister.
Tristan is a serial cheater and had affairs with multiple women throughout his years-long relationship with Khloe.
Last year it came out that Tristan fathered his third child with another woman named Maralee Nichols.
