Sharna Burgess' baby is just as active as his athletic mother!
The Australian ballroom dancer, best known for her appearances on the ABC series "Dancing With The Stars," is expecting her first child with the actor Brian Austin Green.
Taking to Instagram, the 26-year-old recently showed off her growing baby bump while enjoying a healthy pilates session, which her unborn son seemed to love.
Sharna Burgess' Adorable Peanut Has 'Big, Big Energy'
Contrary to popular belief that pregnant women stay off their feet to relax, the soon-to-be mother has no plans of stopping her workout routines.
Over the weekend, the professional dancer shared a video from her pilates session, giving fans a good view of her burgeoning belly in a white sports bra and black shorts.
Despite housing a growing baby in her body, the choreographer's flexibility and strength had not diminished during her pregnancy.
The Australian native performed an impressive backward lunge using a swing attached to metal bars of the pilates equipment to raise one toned leg in the air without losing her balance.
The pregnant "DWTS" alum repeated this move while Latto's "Big Energy" remix featuring Mariah Carey and DJ Khaled played in the background.
At the end of the footage, the soon-to-be mom gave fans a closer look at her baby bump, where her son, nicknamed Peanut, could be seen actively kicking and moving inside her belly.
This precious moment was tagged with a starstruck emoji alongside the words, "Big Big Energy." Burgess also raved about this experience in the post's caption by writing:
"Catch Peanut at the end!!! He is moving constantly right now, but I will say he gets super active after I workout. Also, after chocolate milk and especially whenever Daddy has his hands on my belly."

Little Peanut appeared to have a favorite parent as the 26-year-old added that the unborn child enjoyed it when his father touched the baby bump.
"He loves that (but same)," she wrote before giving a special shout-out to Jennifer, her trainer at Empower-pilates in Malibu, for helping the soon-to-be mom keep her body feeling "beautiful, strong, and connected."
Hundreds of fans and friends swiftly flooded the comment section in awe of the "Simply Ballroom" star's remarkable prowess.
Fellow "DWTS" dancer Lindsay Arnold praised the ballroom dancer by dropping three heart eye emojis with the words, "Sharn you are GLOWING," to which her friend replied, "Thank you Mama, love you."
American singer-songwriter BC Jean hopped on the compliments train with similar sentiments, "You are amazing!! Stunning glowing momma," she wrote alongside a fire emoji.
However, not everyone was amazed by the blonde's flexibility, as some fans expressed concerns over the intensity of the entertainer's workout.
A few stated that they would never try doing that while pregnant, and others pointed out that the baby's active kicking may be a sign of him being uncomfortable.

As previously shared by The Blast, the "Burn the Floor" star officially entered the third trimester of her pregnancy in April, marking the milestone with a sweet Instagram post.
The 26-year-old shared a mirror selfie while working up a sweat at the gym in a sporty ensemble consisting of a blue bra-top, black leggings, and a matching black baseball cap.
In the lengthy caption, the media personality confessed that at 28 weeks, her pregnancy had moved from the "cute stage" to the "cut this thing out of me" stage.
The entertainer jokes continued as she compared her son's active nature to the late martial artist Bruce Lee by writing:
"Convinced now that I’ve created the next Bruce Lee… that is the ONLY explanation for what’s happening inside this belly."
However, being pregnant has not been all fun and games for the "DWTS" season 27 winner, who claimed she almost ended up in the hospital because of her pregnancy constipation.
Burgess also showed love to fans for their supportive messages and bashed the trolls, who criticized her behavior as a pregnant woman. The ABC star wrote:
"What I've found most interesting recently is the fact that so many women on here want to shame and harass and hardcore judge a pregnant woman. It's sad to see and hard to understand."
