The star soccer player recently gave fans an update on how his family is doing and celebrated the arrival of his girlfriend and their newborn daughter.

On Thursday, Ronaldo took to Instagram to share a heartwarming family photo. The athlete was seen cradling his newborn daughter in one hand and big sister Alana, who donned a pink onesie and cuddled close to her famous father.
Next to the trio was baby Ronaldo's cute pink bassinet with wooden handles. On the other side were the other members of the family ― proud mom Rodriguez, eldest son Cristiano Jr., and twins Mateo and Eva.
The clan of seven smiled delightfully for the camera, and in the accompanying caption, the Manchester United player wrote, "Home sweet home. Gio and our baby girl are finally together with us. We want to thank everyone for all the kind words and gestures."
He continued, "Your support is very important, and we all felt the love and respect that you have for our family." The legendary athlete concluded his message, choosing to see a positive light in the dark situation.
"Now it’s time to be grateful for the life that we’ve just welcomed into this world," Ronaldo declared. The post received a lot of love from fans, garnering almost 7 million likes in just two hours.

As you might know, the 37-year-old player broke the news of the tragic loss of his newborn son days ago. As The Blast reported, Ronaldo and Rodriguez, in a heartbreaking statement, shared that they lost one of their newborn twins during childbirth.

"It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel," the devastated parents began.
Rodriguez and Ronaldo continued, "Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness." The couple thanked the doctors and nurses for their support and asked for privacy from fans during this difficult period.
They concluded the statement, writing, "Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you." An outpouring of love and support followed the devastating message. The soccer player's sister, Katia Aveiro, dedicated a heartwarming tribute to her late nephew while praising her niece.
"I love you and my heart is all there on this side…May God take care of everything and strengthen your path more and more," she wrote to her grieving brother.
Her statement continued, "Our little angel is already on her father’s lap,🙏 and our little girl who is here firm and strong and full of health will teach us more and more that only love matters."
Ronaldo and Rodriguez first shared the news that they were expecting twins in October 2021. The former Real Madrid player and his longtime partner broke the news with a lovely photo of them in bed, proudly holding up their children's sonogram.
