On the Thursday, April 21, episode of the Kardashian-Jenner clan's highly-rated new series on Hulu, Barker's fiancée confided in her mother about the downsides of IVF, according to PEOPLE.

Kardashian hopes to expand her family with her partner, who shares a 22-year-old stepdaughter, Atiana, an 18-year-old son Landon Asher, and a 16-year-old daughter Alabama Luella, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

The Poosh founder confessed to her mother, who visited her home to inquire about her hospital visits, that the conception process was not going as she imagined.

Kardashian called trying to get pregnant "awful," adding that she and her fiancé's doctor recommended the IVF process, but it has not been the most amazing journey.

The mother-of-three spoke on being the subject of social media criticisms from people who have no idea the struggles she's facing. She said:

"Every single person on social media is always like, 'Kourtney's pregnant, Kourtney's pregnant, Kourtney's gained so much weight.' I'm like, it's so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they're actually going through."

Kardashian explained that her IVF medication triggered her menopause and caused her depression. She spoke on her situation further in a confessional, saying:

"I think because I'm so clean and careful with what I put into my body, it's just having the complete opposite reaction and is working as a contraceptive instead of helping us."

Jenner told her daughter she was surprised to see her depressed because she felt she had never seen her happier. Kardashian replied:

"I have everything in the world to be happy about. I just feel a little bit off. I'm super moody and hormonal. Like, I'm a lunatic half the time."

Jenner resonated with everything her daughter was going through and revealed her conception struggles which she experienced in the mid-90s. She said:

"I got pregnant in 1994 and had a miscarriage, and my body entirely shut down. It stopped making anything. I was moody and depressed, and bloated. I didn't feel well. Everything you just described, the exact same thing happened."

The famous momager continued in a confessional that even though her daughter has three beautiful kids, her struggles with conception do not hurt any less.

Kardashian told her mother that she and the "All The Small Things" artist wanted to make something together so badly. Jenner comforted her offspring saying:

"Of course. You wanna bring your own baby, your own love into the world. You both know exactly how it feels to have a child and how to bring a child into the world, and now you want to do it with the love of your life."

The matriarch posited that her daughter and future son-in-law would have a beautiful baby a year from now, and Kardashian prayed the same.

Barker appears on "The Kardashians" along with his fiancée and her family members, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. The household matriarch teased:

"Of course, the minute we start filming, a million things are happening. Kylie’s having a baby, Kourtney is dating Travis Barker and gets engaged, and Kim gets SNL. I mean, every single day, there was either drama or something crazy going on."
