On April 7, 2022, the Bravo network teased season twelve of "Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills," which showcased Erika's ongoing divorce. It also showcased other storylines circulating among fans online, such as Lisa Rina's altercation with Kathy Hilton, scenic trips to Colo, Aspen, and Mexico, and the robbery fiasco at Dorit Kemsley's home.
Although the twelfth season of "Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills" hasn't fully begun, there has already been an ensuing series of drama.
The latest altercation comes after Kyle Richards, an 'RHOBH' reality star, opened up about how hurt she felt after Garcelle Beauvais' scathing comments. Read on to get the details of the revelation.
Kyle Richards Said 'It Really Hurt' Her Feelings
The 55-year-old Beauvais set off controversies after the reality star appeared on "What Happens Live With Andy Cohen" and claimed that she was closer to Kathy Hilton than her half-sister, Richards.
However, on Friday, Richards addressed Beauvais' scathing comments, calling them "hurtful."
"What Garcelle said last night on Watch What Happens Live really hurt my feelings. I was shocked," Richards said during an Amazon live event.
She also added that she was cooking a Pre-Passover dinner for her in-laws when she heard the remarks.
Richards mentioned that she was telling a lie as Beauvais had only known her half-sister for two seasons. Kathy wasn't really on the show for the last season because she was busy with "Paris wedding."
"Regardless of if Kathy and I are having an issue right now or not, I just thought that was really hurtful. I like Garcelle and we are fine but that really took me back. It ruined my whole night," she concluded.
Kathy Hilton And Kyle Richards Once Had A Rift
In 2021, the pair opened up about their often strained relationship. Although they didn't specify what caused their rift, they mentioned that things "piled up and piled up, and what fans think and what other people think, they've got it so wrong," per People.
However, they have had to settle their disputes, claiming that "family is family," and were only grateful to have gotten to where they were now.
If anything, they hoped that their mended relationship provided inspiration and comfort to other families.
"I think that sharing these things I have experienced can help other people," Hilton explained, "Let us have fun with the show and be silly and girly, but let us also have more depth. Maybe someone will [see us] and pick up the phone to call their sister, mother, or brother."
Hilton also added that she never considered joining the cast of the 'ROBH' until Richards convinced her to, stating that it was an opportunity for both of them to bond.
"I never would have thought I'd say yes to this," Hilton explained. "I stopped watching it after the first season. My sister Kyle and I had our ups and downs so it was nothing that I wanted to watch. But Kyle convinced me to do it. And I was flattered. I thought it would be an opportunity for us to spend time together. I really missed her," she concluded.
'RHOBH' Comprises Of A Lot Of New Faces
While the new season is back with the returning crew of Erika Girardi, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Crystal Kung Minkoff, they are also joined by a new full-time star, Sanela Jenkins, as evidenced from the teaser.
The Bosnian entrepreneur is famous for her partnership with Melissa Obadash on a swimwear line and her Neuro Drinks.
There would also be a cast in the supporting friend role, Sheree Zampino. Fans would remember her to have made several cameos in the show's fourth, tenth, and eleventh seasons.
The highly anticipated twelfth season of the Real Housewives franchise will launch on May 11, 2022, on Bravo at 8 pm ET.

Apart from highlighting both new and returning stars, the teaser also hinted at all the drama that would be unleashed in the new season.
In a clip from the teaser, Lisa is grieving her mom's death. In another clip, Erika is distraught at other co-stars who make it a point of duty to question her post-divorce move.
"It's my life to burn down," she explained about the legalities between her and her ex-husband.
In another clip, she's seen speaking to Crystal, who she thinks is taking sides with her ex-husband's clients.
"I don't give a f--k about anybody else but me," she explains to Crystal.
Sutton calls Diana a "soulless person," to which Diana rebuffs, asking if she needs a new villain.
"She was saying things that could ruin people's lives," Lisa says about one of her other reality co-stars in the video, although it wasn't clear who she was referring to.
