'Euphoria' Star Chloe Cherry Opens Up On Her Time Dating 'Sugar Daddies'

Chloe Cherry, formerly Chloe Couture, recently transitioned from the adult film industry to Hollywood. The actress, who made her debut as Faye in season two of HBO's blockbuster drama series "Euphoria," featured in several episodes and demonstrated that she has a wide range of acting abilities.

The 24-year-old, who is basking in the glow of her role in "Euphoria," has spoken up about her dating life, both currently and in the past, adding that she had a dating history of being with sugar daddies, which taught her valuable lessons about how she wants to be treated in any romantic relationship.

On the newest edition of Nick Viall's "The Viall Files podcast," Cherry discussed her dating life, including how she was involved with a "bunch" of sugar daddies, who are typically older men who use their wealth to get specific favors from younger people and then likewise, support the younger person financially and in other material ways.

She said that, while she enjoyed dating them, she had long ago altered her views about dating within that age bracket and profile.

"I don't have any sugar daddies anymore," she told the podcast host. "I do still talk to some of those sugar daddies as friends, but we're just friends now."

Cherry went on to explain her connection with the sugar daddies she dated, which was primarily transactional.

"They, again, are providing something for you, so you're dating based off of literally what they're providing for you, which I feel like a lot of people do in normal dating," she added. "But at least with sugar daddies, it's only rich guys who only want to spend their money on you."

Cherry claimed that, despite dating a slew of sugar daddies along the road, she always chose someone who possessed more than just money. She remarked that, at the time, if one must be her sugar daddy, he must be able to make her laugh.

"I used to have a bunch of different ones that I would talk to and staff, she revealed about her past. "I always would choose someone who was funny. Even if you're going to be my sugar daddy, I still want you to make me laugh."

Cherry admitted that while dating sugar daddies, she had to acknowledge that she might not have liked them for reasons other than their money. She did, however, mention that on rare occasions, she met some of them who were kinder than the individuals she dated in a conventional relationship.

Realizing that it was not impossible to find nicer older individuals who could spend on her, Cherry said that the experience taught her to set standards for what she wanted from a traditional relationship now that she was no longer interested in sugar daddies.

"Having a sugar daddy taught me a level of acceptance of treatment," she referenced in her experience. "I will never again accept a guy that doesn't want to at least try to take care of me in some way and doesn't try to actually be chivalrous in some way."

At the time of the interview, Cherry confirmed that she was not into any monogamous relationship. The actress explained that she was "single but dating around," and that she preferred seeing a variety of people in order not to overwhelm one person with her desires which could vary from time to time.

Apart from her role in "Euphoria," Cherry also runs her widely followed "Call Her Daddy" podcast. One of the most stunning revelations from a recent episode was Cherry's announcement that she had left the porn business. The actress, who has appeared in over 200 pornographic films, admitted that being an adult film star had its drawbacks.

For one, she stated that her time in the porn business had terribly impacted her relationships with female friends outside of the profession. Some of them treated her badly because they believed her adult star lifestyle reflected poorly on them, which led to her cutting them off.

Furthermore, the actress revealed that being an adult film actor caused her to develop an eating disorder, having converted to an extremely low-calorie vegetarian diet after being criticized about her weight by an agent at the time.

Cherry abandoned her vegan diet in 2020 and began eating anything she pleased, which made her feel less miserable and her body happy.
