Lala Kent Wants To AXE All Communication With Ex-Randall Emmett

Lala Kent is not playing nice anymore with her former fiancé.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star opened up about her current co-parenting situation with Randall Emmett during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live.”

Lala broke up with her fiancé in October 2021 after he was photographed cheating on her during a trip to Nashville, TN.

The ex-couple have a one-year-old daughter, Ocean, together.

Unfortunately, this has allowed contact to remain between the exes, but Lala said she is working to remove all communication between them.

“I’m trying to move to zero contact,” she explained. “We’ll see how that goes.”

The “Give Them Lala” author explained that they currently “parallel parent,” and they communicate, “only as much as it takes to successfully co-parent.”

Parallel parenting is defined as a “method of co-parenting in which each parent has their own parenting approach when the children are with them.”

When Cohen asked the reality TV star if she will be fighting for full custody of Ocean, Lala declined to discuss any details about the custody agreement, but did say the truth will come to the light.

In the wake of their breakup, Lala has gotten more candid about what led to the demise of their relationship and red flags she ignored.

Emmett on the other hand has been a bit more ‘mum’ on the subject, but did lightly touch on it during a podcast appearance.

On March 23, Emmett sat down with his close friend Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi for her podcast, “Genuinely GG.”

In a snippet from the episode obtained by Page Six, Emmett says, “I’ve made mistakes, she’s made mistakes, but I’m never going to bring that to light because that’s just not right.”

For Emmett, trash-talking his ex and airing their dirty laundry isn’t something he feels is necessary or appropriate.

Lala has gone on the record multiple times telling her side of the story.

“I can’t tell her what to do. She’s a strong woman, and I just hope that in time that kind of all mellows out,” Emmett told GG.

Lala accused Emmett of cheating on her repeatedly during the course of their relationship.

In fact, she went on the record saying he hooked up with a 23-year-old the same month she gave birth to their daughter.

She previously said that dating Emmett was the “worst thing to ever happen or come into her life.”

Earlier this year while appearing on “Watch What Happens Live,” a fan wrote into the show asking, “Is this the only time Randall cheated, or is it the only time he got caught.”

Lala responded, “No, this has been going on for quite some time. It’s been kind of repeated behavior that I have found out about, and it’s not just one person, it’s many. I believe it started after I got sober, and it’s just, I don’t know how I didn’t see it.”

She revealed that there was no closure at all when it came to her exit from the relationship.
