Florida-born Matthew Tyler Musto, otherwise known as Blackbear, is widely recognized for his R&B, hip hop, and emo rap songs, gaining him several awards.

He got engaged to Michele Maturo in 2021, and they had their first child, Midnight Thomas Musto, the previous year.

Last September, Blackbear announced that he and his partner would be expecting their second child, and fortunately for the couple, they welcomed the newborn into the world this month!

Blackbear Welcomes Second Born With Adorable Family Photos

Morrisey Onyx Musto was born March 12 as the second child of the talented songster who was excited to announce the news on Instagram.

He shared three photos showing himself with his family, including Maturo, Midnight, and Morrisey. The third snap was of the newborn bundled up and laying in what appeared to be a cot. Blackbear wrote under the beautiful post:

"Morrisey Onyx Musto – 3/12/22 6.8lbs !!!! – so happy to finally announce that our family just grew a little bigger."

The music star went on to give credit to those behind the photoshoot, including the photographer [Deborah Wald, photo editor [Tarina Doolittle], groomer [Arlen Farmer], stylists [Mitch Modes and Tara Nichols], and creative director [Tyler Serebrini].

Thousands of fans were taken by the post, and several gushed in the comments while congratulating the happy family.

MTV expressed how they could not be happier for the songwriter while August Maturo wrote, "Our amazing growing famiglia," followed with a red heart emoji.

Numerous other celebrities and non-celebrities flooded the comments section with different colored heart emojis and well wishes. The day was such a blessed one for Blackbear and his family.

This would not be the first time the 31-year-old took to social media to announce a new addition to his life as Alternative Press confirmed that he previously shared the news of his first child's birth on Instagram in 2020.

He made an emotional post, telling the world he was a father and stating he could not stop crying. Midnight was born healthy on January 26, 2020, and weighed 7lbs and 3 oz.

A few months before Midnight's birth, the musician and his fiancée announced that they were expecting a baby boy. They appeared pretty excited to share the news and called their baby the seventh PHD CEO of Candyland.

Maturo shared ahead of the birth, "We're soooo so happy to finally share with you guys how excited we've been to bring this little nugget into the world in January!! I already love these two sweet boys 4e (forever)."

The couple initially stated the full name of their first child with Morrisey as his middle name; however, they changed it to Thomas following his birth.

The "Tongue Tied" Singer Appreciates Family And Fans While Receiving Music Award

This year has been quite successful for Blackbear as he welcomed another child into the world, but he also got awarded for the song "Monsters" with the pop-punk group, All Time Low.

In a report by Music Mayhem Magazine, "Monsters" was named Alternative Song Of The Year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 22. It is featured on the group's eighth studio album, "Wake Up, Sunshine."

The "SWEAR TO GOD" soloist, and the band was present at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles to receive the award during the ceremony.

Alex Gaskarth, the lead male singer of All Time Low, thanked everyone on behalf of the group, saying:

"Thank you so, so much, wow, I had so many things prepared to say, and then J.Lo performed, and now it’s all gone, but no, thank you iHeart, Tom, Lisa, our team, our families, our friends, the fans, most importantly the fans."

He further said the band had been in existence for nearly twenty years since they were in high school, and it felt incredible to receive the award and be surrounded by many talents in a room.

On the other hand, Blackbear had a couple of thank you's; he started by thanking the boy band he called his brothers and then his extraordinary fans.

He appreciated his fiancée, who was present at the ceremony and had given birth a few days before. The record producer did not leave out his two sons, manager, brother, radio, and fans in the speech.
