Heather Rae El Moussa has been on the receiving end of her loving husband Tarek's care while recovering from her throat surgery.

The lovebirds are going strong after meeting and starting a relationship in 2019 and tying the knot in a dreamy wedding in 2021.

The former Playboy Playmate of the Month winner took to her social media with a touching word of advice to her followers about finding love.

On Monday, March 21, Heather updated her personal Instagram page with a touching video collage of her and Tarek and a profound message on never settling for the one.

The wife of the "Brother vs. Brother" star wrote in her caption that she believed she would never find love, but it came her way as she began working on herself. She explained:

"I found my soulmate, after thinking I would never be able to find love… If I could give you ladies one piece of advice, it's to continue working on yourself."

Heather buttressed that the result of becoming our best self is that it will also bring the best person our way. She continued:

"become the best version of yourself, and you’ll attract someone that matches your energy and effort. It’s the biggest decision of your life, so choose wisely; don’t ever settle, you deserve it [smiling face with hearts emoji.]."

Heather was also thankful for Tarek while undergoing her rollercoaster surgery to heal the calluses and inflammation on her vocal cords, as disclosed by The Blast earlier this month.

The "Selling Sunset" star has dealt with throat issues since her days on the famous series. She took her fans on the journey towards getting her treatment via her Instagram Story.

Heather revealed that she would not be speaking for a whole week and uploaded a video showing her entering the hospital. She thanked her loving partner and family for their support and continued:

"Vocal cord surgery this morning to remove my calluses on my chords. Nerves are flowing for sure Recovery: no talking at all for a week while I heal."

The TV personality shared that she is only allowed minimal speaking for four to eight weeks and thanked her “incredible hubby” for his support. She touched on the severe nature of her surgery, writing:

"We [Heather and her family] know this recovery is going to be hard to not talk for a week. But we know that this is needed, so we are trying to be positive through this situation."

The 34-year-old also posted an image from the operation theatre where she heralded her treatment, writing, "Here we go."

Heather ended her surgery journey with a health update to the public, "Awake and recovering. Everything went very well. Just very sleepy & some pain in my throat."

The "Tarek's Flip Side" Star's Wife Details Fertility Journey

After tying the knot with her soulmate, Heather looks forward to the next chapter, welcoming little new members to their family. 

The Blast revealed that on Tuesday, December 28, Young took to her Tik Tok page to get candid about her journey into conception, which began with freezing her eggs.

The “Malibu Horror Story” actress spoke up about her fertility efforts in a video she shot from a fertility clinic where she just wrapped up an ultrasound test.

Before making her candid testimonial recording, the wife of the "Rock The Block" star underwent a check-up from medical personnel who inspected her follicles.

The 34-year-old clarified that she has six follicles on one side and a cyst on the other. Her cyst needed to be monitored, but her doctor said it was not a cause for alarm.

The TV personality explained that no follicles were present on the side that had the cyst and, if she and her man chose to carry on, the process of freezing her eggs would start in January.

Heather said she has six eggs “on ice” but needed to test her blood to know her egg count and progesterone levels.

The spouse of the "Flipping 101 With Tarek El Moussa" star explained in her captions that she was sharing her fertility process in hopes that it could benefit some of the ladies watching.
