2 Chainz Sued Over Bodyguard's Scuffle with Photog at 30 Rock

2 Chainz is being held accountable for the alleged actions of his bodyguard by a man who claims the rapper let his bodyguard get violent.

Richard Capak claims 2 Chainz employed the bodyguard, and "authorized the actions" that landed him in the hospital with a laceration to his head.

As we previously reported, the incident went down in October as 2 Chainz was arriving at Rockefeller Center in NYC to perform on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon."

When police arrived on scene, they found 64-year-old Capak bleeding from the head, he was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Rory Smith was arrested and charged with assault, he is also named as a defendant in Capak's complaint.
