Jana Kramer Shares 'Appreciation Post' For BF Ian Schinelli: 'He Listened And Was There'

"One Tree Hill" star Jana Kramer is a multi-faceted celebrity who featured on season 23 of "Dancing with the Stars."

She is also known for her specialty in country music which brought about her two albums, "Jana Kramer" in 2012 and "Thirty One" in 2015.

Kramer has been married three times, but she is currently dating fitness trainer Ian Schinelli who she recently appreciated on Instagram.

Kramer shared an appreciation post including five photos in honor of her loving beau. The snaps showed the couple embracing each other affectionately at a resort.

Three photos, the first, fourth, and fifth slides, showed the singer in a black bikini top and a full display of Schinelli's toned arms as they hung out in a pool. 

Kramer could be seen caressing her lips on the fitness enthusiast's cheek in the second slide while the third slide revealed the two locked in a tight embrace as they gazed at the camera.

The talented actress began in the caption, "Found a few without his head cut off. I was happy before you but thanks for making me smile even more," accompanied with a red heart emoji.

She further wrote that it was an appreciation post for Schinelli as she tagged him. The star mentioned she had many emotions going into the week, and Schinelli supported her through it. 

He listened to her and was there for her instead of making her feel bad about her emotions, which meant a lot to her. Kramer concluded her post with:

"What I’ve learned so far …It’s not about perfection. It's about growing, learning and loving."

The post got tons of reactions filled with gushing remarks from fans and celebrities alike. Paige Hathaway called the couple "hot to trot!" while Michelle Dempsey expressed happiness for the hotties' joy.

A few fans commented on how safe Kramer looked with Schinelli and how much they deserved each other. 

Another supportive fan wrote about the love of the celeb's life, stating, "A man who is mature enough to understand your struggle and be able to handle your emotions is a man worth keeping and fighting for." 

About two months ago, The Blast confirmed that Kramer went official on social media with Schinelli as she shared a couple of happy photos on Instagram.

With her past failed attempts to find love, the personal trainer seemed like the real deal as she previously stated that he did not look at her scars as a challenge; instead, he assisted and encouraged her.  

Before her relationship with Schinelli, the podcaster was married to Michael Gambino for a few months in 2004, Johnathon Schaech [2010-2011], and Mike Caussin [2015-2021].

Her relationship with Caussin was pretty sad as he cheated on her throughout the marriage. However, she had two children for him, Jolie Rae in 2016 and Jace Joseph in 2018.  

Kramer tried her luck in the dating world after the divorce from the father of her kids, but they did not last. She later admitted being scared about dating, but fortunately, she eventually became at ease with the idea.

The multi-talented entertainer shared how her healing process helped deal with the cynical voices in her head. She healed by moving forward from her previous abusive relationships and listening to her heart. 

In an episode of Kramer's "Whine Down" podcast, when she and Schinelli just started dating, she talked about not wanting to be fooled again like her past experiences. At the time, she kept her relationship with her lover private. 

Although they recently publicized their dating life, there are several things to know about the Navy veteran as he is not in the spotlight like his partner.

As US Weekly reported, Schinelli is a fitness trainer and not an athlete. He is also a girl-dad and has not revealed his daughter's name or the girl's mother's name.

In May 2021, he gushed about how special it felt to be a father to a little girl even though he initially wanted a boy. His baby girl seemed to have made him happy over the last few years.

Schinelli was once a NAVY Seal during his twenties. That chapter of his life made him connect with some of the best people he thinks about almost every day. He also keeps in touch with a few.

He reportedly fell in love with Kramer first and described their romance as one of the best things that happened to him.
