The Center for Disease Control and Prevention defines Fibromyalgia as a disorder that causes pain all over the body, sleeping issues, exhaustion, and emotional and mental discomfort.

In her interview with E!, the "Teen Mom" alum remembered having sinus problems, along with neck and back pains, all recurring symptoms of the health condition.

"For as long as I can remember, I would get extremely bad tension headaches and full-body aches—like I had the flu, but was not sick," Evans recalled of the health issues she kept experiencing. "My entire body gets in so much pain, and sometimes I lay in bed and cry. [For] a long time, no one believed my symptoms until I got a second opinion from a new neurologist recently."

Over the years, Evans had been battling the pain of the illness while furthering her career as a reality star. As expected, living in this manner took a toll on her, of which she described the ordeal as quite arduous.

"Living life every day is challenging," she informed E! News, "because of having only a little bit of energy to be able to get my work done then [having] to go to bed early due to headaches or body aches."

However, placing a name on her illness seemingly came with some peace, as she can now understand the issues with her body.

"I now know why my body is acting the way it does, and it explains a lot. I never knew what Fibromyalgia was until my doctor diagnosed me," she shared.

Due to the incurable nature of the condition, Evans has resigned to living with pain for the rest of her life. However, the reality star has taken steps to ease her suffering, such as completely overhauling her diet.

"I am now researching foods to stay away from and foods that are beneficial for my condition," she said during the interview.

Evans' husband, David Eason, has been accommodating throughout her health issues, taking her to her doctor's appointments and assisting her with cooking and cleaning. Additionally, Eason helped with the kids: Jace, 12, Kaiser, 7, and Ensley, 5.
